Matthew was great they did everything in there power to speed up the process This is my second time coming back my first car I purchased here I was in an accident and the car was total lost but never had issues with the car and if I did I brought it right back and they helped me with everything . The entire buying process took about three hours and 15 minutes from the moment I entered the dealership for the first time to driving home with a new car for my daughters. Jeannie and Dominic worked closely and frankly with me to talk through my interests and needs between the trade in, desired monthly payment range, and valuation for both vehicles. Negotiations were handled quickly and reasonably after we exchanged full information. Ray in Finance got me a full percent lower from my credit union even after the initial offer and acceptance was reached. That was real money! The whole team (including Malik for my insurance change) were very warm and easy going. It was probably the best buying experience in the dozen plus car purchases I’ve made over the years. Thank you Jeannie and team for genuinely exceeding my expectations, by a lot!

I came in for a new clutch. The service dept. person I spoke to was more than fair. He told me the repairs was more than the value of the car. I decided to buy a new car.
