I shopped quite a bit for my 2018 Nissan Titan and am so glad I reached out to Gettel Nissan. They are the only dealership that was completely up front with their pricing and inventory. The truck was even pulled up front when I arrived. This was the easiest and best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had!

My request-need was a little bit unusual and everyone handled it seamlessly. The technician was very good and handled my car with a high level of care. I didn't catch his name. The technician and service advisor deserve a raise or bonus!

I had a slow leak in my tire and drove over to Nissan to get someone to look at it without an appointment. They said they would check it out and to wait a while. Well there was a nail in the tire and Carmen Quatro repaired the puncture at no cost to me. A complimentart multi point inspection was also performed. This was awesome service for this Snowbird.

From the moment Adam met us in the lot, the experience was a learning one. He is so knowledgable about the product I was interested in and he listened to what I wanted. He brought two cars up for comparison, knew the difference about each one, and there was no "dazzle-dazzle"! Extremely honest and forthright with his answers.
our daughter always wanted a Jeep Wrangler for her first car but we ended up at a Nissan dealer in Tampa while looking at Wranglers and she fell in love with the Altima. Long story short that dealership was a NIGHTMARE!! Their ???certified car??? had over spray on the front AND rear headlights and I felt like as a woman they were trying to scam me. I found the same vehicle at Bradenton Nissan so went in. Patrick O???Keefe was my sales man. WHAT A DIFFERENCE!! He went above and beyond to find exactly what we wanted and the finance manager I dealt with didn???t haggle me about the price I wanted to pay. Got me financed quickly and the GM Billy Buechel went above and beyond to have a car now overnighted am delivery so we could have it for her on Christmas Day! We???ve bought from GM, Cadillac, BMW and Range Rover before so this dealership saved Nissans reputation of dealerships and customer satisfaction!! Will go back for our younger daughters in a few years when they need thier first cars also!!
I was a first time car buyer and Gettel Nissan was amazing to work with. I made the rounds when looking for a new car and ultimately had the best experience at Gettel Nissan. James was wonderful to work with. I was never pressured to purchase the most expensive car. He was more interested in making sure I found something that was most suited to my needs. I left with my new Nissan Rogue fully confident that I had made the best possible choice for me. This was the only dealership where the salesman took the time to open the car and show every feature before taking it on a test drive. I would highly recommend this dealership to my friends and family.
Before walking into a dealer I always pre-evaluate them by how they respond to an initial inquiry. While most dealers were too anxious to get you in the door, they actually took the time to prepare a customized response besides the canned responses along with the marketing mumbo jumbo. Since they were the only ones to make the grade, I proceeded to visit the dealership and must say I was not disappointed with the level of expertise from the sales woman Elizabeth and the overall level of engagement and attention I received to make sure I walked away with my new vehicle as a satisfied customer. Thank you well deserved 5 stars and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a stress free no pressure buying experience.
