I have taken my 9 year old Nissan vehicle to Sutherlin Nissan for the last 7 years for oil changes & any service issue. I would not consider taking my vehicle to any other service facility. I count always count on the service being performed correctly. There is a comfortable waiting area or there shuttle service will take you home, work or the mall. The service adviser team is friendly and knowledgeable. I value my relationship with Sherry Hosch. She is friendly, courteous & dependable. Sherry will go the "extra mile" to make sure you leave with a positive service experience and will call her when you vehicle is need for the next service.
I have purchased many cars in my life and it is something I have always dreaded. The traditional "car salesman" experience is horrible where you just don't know if they are acting with integrity. My experience at Regal Nissan made me realize I was just shopping in the wrong place. My salesperson, Jeremy Russell, took the time to explain everything to me, got me a great price, and changed my perception of a car salesperson. I absolutely love my new Rogue and I will be back to see Jeremy and the others at Regal for all my car needs.

Improvements can always be changed. Overall good service. Good communication with sherry. Could be faster in and out, just needed oil change and battery checked. Left off a tire cap when got tire pressure a few weeks ago, thought that they may notice and replace, but they didnt. Just hope all piints were checked as they indicated on check list. I really have no way of knowing.
My service experience was excellent and Sherry is a excellent service adviser. All employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The waiting area is very comfortable and they have free drinks and snacks.
When I first moved to Georgia I bought a car from Weis at a different location and now many years later I have bought two more at the Mall of Georgia location not knowing he switched over and its been a great experience working with patient individuals and seeing a familiar face
We were on a tight budget and had several cars and dealerships we were looking at. We went here first and we left with a far better car than we had hoped for. Bill was our salesman and Billy, the manager, was great! We are glad we got a car from a dealer that backs their products.. It's just as important what you buy as to where you buy.
Great customer service! I never felt pressured to buy my new car, and every member of the team was friendly and knowledgeable. My car did have to go in for some minor service, but Revay and Aziz made sure the service was scheduled and completed shortly after purchase.
