I had the best experience when buying a car from Mastria Nissan. I inquired about a car I saw on line at the dealership and asked Linda Almeida if I could take a look at it. Linda let me take it home a show the wife. Opon returning Linda and I came to terms in 20 minutes or less with my trade in. This was the quickest and best experience at a dealership ever for me. Linda was very professional and never put any pressure on me. I would highly recommend Mastria Nissan to my friends and family. Look for Linda when you arrive.

Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team.
I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.
Car shopping has always been taxing, but working with Lance Ward and the team at Coastal Nissan truly changed that experience for my family. My husband, our 7 year old son and I visited the dealer on two occasions before deciding on a purchase. During each visit Lance spent numerous hours with us going over options on the different vehicles we were interested in, as well as pricing/financing options available to us. There was zero pressure, 100% transparency in the process and price, and none of that typical old school car salesmen foolishness. The gentleman who worked on the financing part for the deal for us was super-efficient, friendly and thoughtful and got us a great rate with a local bank. I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Fifi took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. She; Fifi even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my iphone, etc. I highly recommend buying from Milford Nissan and it’s great people specially Fifi. It was worth the 45 mn drive to get there.

I finally took advantage of my "Free" oil change and was delighted to learn that it was free and that additional work not necessary. The facility was clean, waiting area nice, the technician didn't overdue or upsell other work as I expected. It did take a long time, apx. 2:45 for an oil change on an appointment, not so good but they had to wait for parts as I added a few filters to the mix. Nice people. I'm glad they got rid of that other service manager.
Never has car buying been so easy. I leased a car from Mastria Nissan in November Joshua Amaral was my salesman. Unfortunately I got into a car accident and the car was totaled. I called Joshua to see if he could help me. The next day I had an appointment and was leaving with my new lease. Buying a car used to be such a stressful thing to do but with the help from Mastria and Joshua it was the least stressful part of my accident. I highly recommend them! Dealership is sending someone to my home with a loaner car and taking my car back for an appraisal...then returning my car...and then delivering my new car... great customer service!!
