They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. Zero pressure only helpful info. It was a great experience!!! I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new or used car.
When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Jason Tate who was just finishing up with another customer. He was good and he was thorough. He was also probably juggling 3,4 customer at a time so there were some lulls and waits. Overall decent experience.
I did get the car I wanted but there was little budging on the price. Paid around $700-$1000 above the NADA suggested retail for the vehicle in excellent shape.
Also beware, their doc fee is $599. Around $200-$300 more than some of the other dealers I went to see. And there is no budging on that either. They were adament about that as well.
It appeared they had a very good inventory of vehicles and a wide variety of them too.
My rating comes from Awesome customer service from the time I pulled in the service area until leaving very helpful and listen to my concerns . Very polite and courteous. It's not just about the salesman without superb customer service in your service department you would not have a repeat buyer .
I had seen the M4 I wanted to purchase online. I got good price and the car is flawless. The process was complete i less than an hour and I was on the road. I had some questions regarding my extended service that I bought and they were very helpful in helping me understand my options. I would fully recommend this dealer.
There are so many good things to say about Brian San Pedro. He truly cares about his customers by listening to what their needs are, and then delivering it to them on a silver platter. He???s extremely knowledgeable, and isn???t the stereotypical, high-pressure, salesman - his goal is to make sure you leave the dealership happy. I had an amazing experience at Mullinax Ford of Kissimmee. How was he able to purchase my car in less than a couple of hours and the vehicle was delivered for free from the other Mullinax Ford in Palm Beach. I couldn't have been any happier and I had a big savings by them not having a dealer fee! I recommend them and Brian Rinehart to anyone!! Amazing sales person!
Came in to replace battery and service rep or supervisor, (not really sure), was very quick and courteous. I was out with only 15 minutes or so. I love how you don???t need to make any appointments for any service.

Most organized I have ever been, and helps having it all covered! Drives great, and helps cutting my fuel bill! Plus it helps having low miles, and knowing it got plenty of miles to go!
Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
