The staff was extremely kind and their intentions were pure, they worked quickly and efficiently.
I stopped in to get an oil change on Saturday morning and Lee greeted me at the door with a smile. He was very professional He gave me a realistic time of how long it would take for my service. They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes or it seemed less than 20 minutes. I can say that he under promised and over delivered. This was my first visit there seeing that I was new to the area, but it won't be my last.
Service Advisor, Mr. Cottrell, was willing to take the time needed to explain all service requirements, review my vehicle's service record, and explain completed work and costs for this 60,000 mile service. Vehicle service was completed ahead of projected completion. Since moving to Clarksville in 2001, I have received the same excellent experience with this knowledgeable and friendly Service Advisor regardless of whether he was employed at Saturn, Suzuki, or Nissan. I purchased my family's previous vehicles (Saturn, Suzuki, or Nissan) based on the service recommendations and requirements provided by Mr. Cottrell and not the sales department. All advertised service price discounts were also honored during this visit.
Purchased an 2008 GT/CS that needed some repair work. Came out better then a factory car. It is now for sale. Beautiful car, new paint, Candy Apple Red. New original type tires. Tracks beautifully. Will sell for $15,000.

I want to publicly thank Raad and his staff for an amazing, top notch, and hassle free car buying experience! My wife and I were shopping for a Honda Odyssey Touring, because we needed a vehicle with more room and comfort, and we literally drove by and saw that he had one on the lot and pulled in. Immediately, my family was greeted with a very friendly welcome and we knew that this just might be our last stop. When we met Raad and he found out that we were a military family, he stopped everything that he was doing and he personally showed us around the Odyssey, evaluated our trade (2016 Mitsubishi Outlander SEL), and he offered us an unbelievable deal on our trade and on the Odyssey. We were already financed by USAA and within a short couple hours we were on our way home in a very clean and superb vehicle. It’s been a few months since we made our purchase and we’ve had zero issues. The Odyssey definitely changed how my family commutes and our travels have become much easier. Thank you Raad! I own 6 of these vans (and 1 Titan XD) for our electrical contracting business. They have been great from day one. I have read all of the reports that folks are having with reliability, but that has not been my experience. Honestly, if Honda or Toyota made a cargo van, I would drive those, reliability is my most important factor in vehicle choice. But they don't, so I took a chance with Nissan. Out of all of the vans, the only warranty issue we have had is a bad battery and a backup camera that was a little unreliable in extreme cold. That's it. Used as a cargo van, I have no complaints about the comfort, design, value, styling, or reliability. My only real gripe about performance is that Nissan has not made a real effort to put an efficient engine in these vans, we get 11-12 mpg in the tall roof vans and 12-13 mpg in the low roof vans. We have ladder racks and about 1500lbs of tools and parts in each van, FYI. With a 50/50 mixture of city and rural (55 mph-ish) driving. But the V6 is surprisingly adequate even for the tall roof van, and the V8 has more than enough power, as long as you aren't towing in the mountains. I would highly recommend these vans to anyone who is considering them.

Took a Cargo Van and converted to a luxury van with seating for 10 - customizers out of Hagerstown MD. Added a Kenwood DDX9903S with a Tv 25" monitor in the back. It has front and rear camera and backup sensors.
Whenever I’ve had my car serviced, it’s critical that I have a “Go To” person that I can trust without question This is especially true when I bring in my car for service at a dealership. From the first time I brought my 350Z to the service department at Arlington Nissan, Al Thacker has been my Go To guy. When Al says I need work, I know it’s needed. When Al says this is the lowest price for the work, I’ve seen him do a lot of work to come up with the bottom line. If I need a loaner, Al has one waiting when I come in. If I can’t get to the service department before it closes, Al has often waited until I can. On top of all this, Al is a pleasure to deal with. Arlington Nissan is indeed fortunate to have Al as a member of its service department team.
I am not one to ???blow smoke??? or unnecessarily inflate someone???s ego, unless it is truly warranted. I am myself a business owner who prides homeself on always going above and beyond, working tirelessly to serve my clients, since without them I would not have a business at all. So it is with the utmost pleasure that I recommend Mylene to anotone who is reading this review. To finally meet someone who values their customers the way I do was a true Christmas miracle for me. After finding myself abruptly without a vehicle 2 days ago I decided to stop by Weston Volvo to see what they could offer, and to be perfectly honest I am still astonished at what Mylene and her colleagues managed to do. Rather than leaving there with a low spec 2017 model, I am now the proud lessee of a brand new 2018 model, with all the (jingle) bells & whistles included 😁🎄 Mylene, if you are reading this, ???Thank you???. You have made myself and my family extremely happy. I can assure you that you will have a lifelong customer in me (and soon the rest of my family!) And to anyone who is reading this review, ask for Mylene. I have never been so confident and impressed with a salesperson, not have I ever been so willing to recommend someone. Most organized I have ever been, and helps having it all covered! Drives great, and helps cutting my fuel bill! Plus it helps having low miles, and knowing it got plenty of miles to go!
This is the second car I have bought from Boob Hook. The first was a 2015 Malibu which I still love. I had been looking for another car (used convertible) and wanted to buy from Bob Hook. I was a watching a red Mustang (online) which I felt was to much money for me to spend on a second car, AND then I saw it! I saw a 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse that had just been taken in as a trade on the Mustang I had been watching. I had promised both of my grandsons that the next time I bought a car they could go. I took Gage to look and test drive and Jonathan to buy. Our sales man was Bill Dabney. What a nice man. He treated us very nice. I don't play games, and he didn't. He was very informative. Told me the car hadn't been serviced or detailed. Let me se it anyway. It had 46700 miles on it. While we were waiting\, he took Jonathan to get popcorn and water and change for a gum machine. He was wonderful to us. Could not have asked for a better person. No sales games at all. I wanted the car and he made sure I got it. Went through Jason Dugger (second time). He was just as nice as the first time. I got exactly what I wanted and left a happy camper. By the way, I still have my Malibu and wouldn't trade it for the world.
We did not buy from them. The one year old car with 30,000+ miles on it was priced above the norm, even by Kelley Blue Book standards. No negotiations available. So didn't buy. Nothing more. I'd recommend people to try, it doesn't hurt. But just be weary, you lose 3 years worth of manufacturer warranty, in just one year.
Buying process, quality of repairs, facilities rated 3's, because it wouldn't submit as "n/a". So these are not a true rating. Wanted to rate "n/a".
One of the easiest vehicle buying experiences I ever had! Miguel was great to work with. Answered all of my questions and requests very promptly. I would highly recommend Lake Auto & Truck!
I wrote a review on google, and I had to write a review on Cars.com! Amazing Team! Jim was the sales associate who helped me pick the right fit for me! He was patient with me and helped me navigated what Nissan had to offer. I would definitely recommend someone to purchase a car from here!
Took a little long to buy the vehicle. Jim was very nice and funny. Trevor was respectful and very polite. They made the process very easy for me and my wife. Thinking about going back for a vehicle for my niece. Ask for Trevor or Jim Wheeler(there are two jim's there).

My wife and I are looking to buy a New svu this Sunday after church we stop by to see what they had. She found a 2017 Ford Escape. She has never gone to look at cars before. She I'm in love with this car. On Monday morning I called the dealership and talked to Mr James Bennett. I give him the stock number. He told me he call me right back what she did. We worked out the deal with him. When we got to the dealership the car was nice and clean. My wife move the car and she loved it. She asked if the paper work was done. Mr Bennett told the we asked for was exactly where she wanted it. We traded in a 2014 Mustang.Ron speller was so patient with her we left the dealership at 10:30. What I was most impressed with Ron he went all over the equipment of the car for her got the owner manuals out showed her everything about the owners manual. Capital Ford need two be very pleased with Ron speller and Mr. James Bennett. BOTH man have alot of integrity.
