I received that my service was due. I did not purchase this vehicle from you; however, own another one in NY. I was pleased for this reminder. So, I am now a NEW member of your family. I am happy to have this vehicle on a pattern of regular maintenance. I am have just completed the Plan B and found 2 other repairs that I believe was necessary with the assistance of your Team. I am more than pleased with Joe and happy that finally the resolution came to pass that I was, in fact, assigned an Associate. This was a concern I wrote to this dealership after my last repair and unfortunately did not receive a reply.
We are not moving forward. I have now experienced a CHECK ENGINE light again - have reached out to Joe and am returning the vehicle this upcoming Tuesday to you for a recheck and I am confident that you will resolve this issue to my satisfaction.
My Overall Facilities waiting room rating reflects the sitting area - in general. But your Team is superior - - - the Personnel is what I believe makes customers return to you. Thanks so much. D
