After checking all around for a lightly used Honda or Toyota minivan, I settled on CarMax since they had the ability to transfer several possible cars from nearby stores. I requested a transfer from Birmingham and it arrived earlier than promised. I test drove it, waited a week to make a final decision and made the purchase. The whole transaction was done professionally and without any extra sales pressure or tactics. This is the 2nd car in the last 6 years I've bought from CarMax and I'd certainly shop them again.
Amazing passenger van

Best passenger van ever! Wished it had more storage in back but overall could not be happier. Stylish and drives like a dream! I didn’t want to look like a church van driver so I got red and all my friends are jealous. It drives so smooth and not like a big van. It’s seats are super cushy and not “basic” like some other brands. There aren’t many passenger van chooses for large families but this stood out. I would recommend it to anyone!
Best dealership I have ever been to. GRANT was very very easy to work with went through all options to make sure I got the best deal.
Love this van!

You would think that a van this size with this much power would ride a little rough, like a truck. I have to say, though, that it's a smoother ride than my other cars. Just wish it didn't cost so much to fill up the tank.
Although I haven’t made a purchase yet, the dealership seemed very friendly and willing to help. I didn’t feel pressured or judged. They were willing to help and find similar types of vehicles I was looking for. I will keep them in mind in my future searches.
Best big family van ever!

This is an awesome van for big families, more more comfortable than our Ford 12 passenger van was, this drives like a big mini-van not a cargo van like others.
I went in to get my vehicle serviced, and walked out purchasing a second vehicle. I have bought 4 vehicles from Nissan Younger of Frederick, MD. I will not go any where else, They treat me like family, they are not pushy, I tell them what I want and they make it happen. All departments- service, finance, sales, management etc. are all beyond amazing. Christian did an amazing job on my new purchase, he informs you of information you need, things you didn???t expect you needed to know and most pleasurable person.
Bang for the buck - 5 yr/100k bumper to bumper

Perfect for families that want some room but don't want to spend 70k on a loaded Suburban. Better than expected MPG, around 16 highway. Leather, Navigation, USB, AC outlets, roof air vents. Spacious seats. Take your family on vacation in this and let them stretch out and enjoy.
Two different settings for 2nd and 3rd row seats. One allows the full 4 rows to be used for passengers. The other setting gives you limo-like legroom, but pins the 3rd row up against 3 of the 4th row seats. So only one of those would be left to be used, making capacity 9 vs 12. Or remove one of the two 4th row seats (left side) and capacity in that scenario is still 9 but you have a ton of cargo space. And for those who like to lift two of the seats out (the 4th row does have wheels by the way...) then you will take your capacity to 8 passengers, but mega cargo room with the entire 4th row removed. For a big family, there's no way you can't like this vehicle.
When I 1st walked in the building, I was immediately greeted by Chano King. This guy knew his stuff. I got my a great deal for my trade in and by me into a brand new Rogue. He even showed me how to work the features in my new vehicle. I was very happy with my visit. If Chano is around for another 2 or 3 years, he is the 1st person I would go to for buying another vehicle. Great job Mr. King. Thank you once again Nissan.

Fits our whole family with no issues. Reliable and great value. If I had to purchase a new vehicle, i would look at using the same dealership again. Thank you for a good experience.
In my grief, I needed to sell my husband???s Titan truck. He passed away 6 mos. ago. I just didn???t want to deal with trying to sell to the public for fear of scams, etc.. I spoke to Ryan in the parking lot and he took me under the wing with compassion. As I waited during the process, He kept checking on me and offering water during the process. He did whatever possible to make it easier for me and comforting. I greatly appreciated this. Several other employees were very kind in coming up to speak a short message to me. All were so kind. God told me in 2 different ways to bring the truck here. Now I know why. I was taken care of very well.
A van-sized SUV

Comfort was great and ride was smooth. The interior feels a bit like an SUV. There are headrests on each seat which is great for safety but hard on visibility, so a backup camera is much more important than in an older style of van. The S trim has no backup camera and no interior lighting in the back, so that's something to be considered. Highway acceleration is great. The engine is out front like a truck, which gives it a unique appearance. There's just a little space behind the back bench, so if you filled the seats you would have very limited cargo room.
All I can say is wow. The entire experience from being to end was great. I spoke with Ryan before I got to the dealership about the vehicle. I gave him a time frame on when I was going to come look at it, and when I showed up it was out front already, all washed with a tag on it ready for a test drive if I wanted to. Ryan got me a great deal on the SUV, as discussed before I even got there. And then it was seamless and easy through all the paperwork. And I was really impressed with the dealership as well. All very nice and modern, on par with all the high end luxury dealerships ( Mercedes, Lexus, Porsche, etc..). Highly recommend Ryan Smith and Maus Nissan to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I really like the NV it’s great for a big family and traveling. I however believe it’s got some issues. We bought it brand new and in the first 3 months it was in the shop 6 times. So my still issues after 4 years is the sliding door lock has a defect and has since we bought it but since the dealership couldn’t get it to stick like it did for us they wouldn’t fix it. Now it’s a $700 fix that I have to pay out of pocket. Next my tow electrical hook ups every time we try to hook up anything to tow it kills my battery to the point we have had to buy a new but magically no one can find the issue. Then the motor to the back heater is going out already and that’s a $800 fix it’s only 4 years old that shouldn’t be going out already. Last issue a vehicle this big should be all wheel drive it should handle better in adverse weather. So that being said I would recommend this vehicle to large families but I would also make sure to check every issue you wouldn’t think to check in a new vehicle like door locks and tow hook ups.
f you're in the market for a car, this is the best place to buy from. Valerie Williams was so helpful. Her customer service is excellent. I'm telling all of my friends and family to see her. thank you again.
Space is everything

It gives us the ability to invite family member for a round trip. We extended our Karaoke session in the car and never really need a media sort of but the space is really convenient and that makes everyone comfortable in every road trip.
Gracias al sr Luis bennasar por su servicio, me explico todo perfectamente, recomendado 100%. estare de vuelta dentro de pronto, me ayudaron bastante, el servicio fue excelente
Great for a large family!

This is the first large van we have owned. We have owned an Escalade XL, Suburban, and Yukon XL prior. Having the extra space is awesome! Downsides are not having "luxury" options (like DVDs), no option for 4WD, and visors do not have vanity mirrors. Also, so far there are no "all weather" mats available for the back (I think because of all the different seating options). Otherwise we love it!
We have a family of 7, this vehicle has more than met our needs. Note this is more utility than comfort but it does have nice features relative to the competition. Heated Leather seats (arm rests would be nice), plenty of cup holders, USB and AC outlets, moving seats in and out isn't difficult. TONS of space!
Powerful V8 Engine
Rides well for big vehicle
Easy to configure seating
High seat vantage point over road
Too big for parking garages
wide turning radius
no arm rests
narrow head rests that don't fit tablet holders
No DVD entertainment available
Tons of value for the price of this van but it's not a minvan!
They worked with you on everything and they wanted to sell you a car that you love. They were every kind and helped us through every step of the car buying process

Meets all of our needs. Seats our family of six comfortably for long road trips with tons of room for luggage. Pulls our Salem Cruise Lite Trailer better than our Ford Expedition. No sag in the back and very little sway. We love our NV.
Very easy and no pressure. The entire staff was friendly and made our experience very pleasant.
Great big comfy vehicle!

I love that this vehicle looks like an SUV and not a service vehicle. It’s very comfy for my large family. It’s very easy to drive and back up. I was nervous about how large the vehicle was at first but it didn’t take long to feel at ease. It’s the oerfdct vehicle for my family and all ore adventures!
Great service by the entire sales and financing team ! My time was respected, and they made the entire transaction process (including trade) easy !
Powerful, fun passenger van

It may look like a toaster on wheels, but if you can get over the aesthetics, the Nissan NV is a great alternative compared to the Suburban or Escalade. While the Suburban or Escalade may look nicer on the road, and have better amenities, they can't beat the functionality of the NV. The NV has more room for passengers (comfortable room at that), than any other vehicle of its type on the market. The seats are also easy to remove, so that you can configure the seating options for many different cargo/passenger loads. Great engine too, very powerful. Seats are nice and high so that you have full command of the road. Would buy this vehicle again.
I’ve been going for service with Joe for couple years Joe and service has always been great so I go in to have service on my car look at cars get with JC Jimmy those two true great people I mean really good show you everything I walked away with a brand-new car and I love it
Tough, reliable, comfortable 4 X 4

We bought this car to go off road. That's where it spends lots of its' time. Ours is an auto, diesel that has gone everywhere that I've asked it to. In soft sand or mud, it seems that nothing will stop this fair dinkum four wheel drive.
Great service. I would go back and purchase another vehicle. Great finance department. Helped me finance used but new car. Left dealer with vehicle that evening.
