It is such a comfort, and truthfully a surprise, to discover that a dealership has their customer’s best interests in mind. I was very distressed to find a crack in my Subaru’s windshield within 3 weeks of having it replaced (at another business). I came into DuTeau Subaru in Lincoln and spoke with Steve in the service department. He went out of his way and brought various parties together to replace my glass with no charge to me! I truly appreciate Steve in the Lincoln, NE DuTeau Service department.
