We wanted to purchase a new car using the Costco Auto Program; the "authorized Chevy dealer" for Denver is John Elway Chevrolet. Our Elway sales representative - Tyler Brown - made this the most painless car-buying experience my wife and I have had (over about four decades of car purchases). We were interested in two Chevy models (Volt and Bolt); Tyler had both ready to test drive when we first arrived at the dealership and was very knowledgable about the operation and available options of both. Over the next week, he patiently answered all of our questions, and searched far and wide (even the inventory still in transit) to find exactly the configuration we were interested in. When we arrived to take delivery of our 2019 Chevy Bolt, Tyler had all of the details taken care of (battery was charged, car was detailed, paperwork was ready to sign, and our "Bolt 101 familiarization lesson" from Dylan Fiske was queued up). The whole delivery process was very organized, and my wife and I were both impressed with how smoothly and quickly things proceeded. Eric Williams made the financing side of the transaction very straightforward as well. Thanks Tyler, Dylan, and Eric -- and everyone else we interacted with at Elway Chevrolet! We'll certainly be back when it's time for another car!
We just purchased a 2019 Tacoma from Stevinson East. We were extremely happy with our salesman Ernie Khalil. He came in on his day off to do our sale. We had a limited time to do the deal and Ernie made it happen! He had our trade appraised and deal locked down and into finance within 30 minutes. Finance was so simple as well. We were back on the road with a great deal in the exact truck we wanted.

A grateful customer Our salesman Bobby Hocks, was great to work with; at the time of our purchase we were in the final stages of buying a a new home; then suddenly lost a parent. Bobby was a blessing to us; he not only demonstrated great empathy for our ordeal, but went out of his way to work with our hectic schedule. Overall we had a great experience, and we love our new Super Duty truck with the twin turbo diesel; it's tough, is insanely powerful, yet rides like a luxury car. Entering a dealership is a tough decision knowing you are going to spend your hard earned money. Peter was a great salesman with no pressure to buy new that same night. He showed my many models in new and used . I drove out with a beauty - Nissan Frontier.
I would like to commend Fort Wayne Toyota service dept. for their professional assistance repairing my 2016 Tacoma. The master Tech, service advisors, service mgr., rental/loaner person all were very helpful and made my experience worry free.

The buying process went on as planned. The Manager seems to be trustworthy. But the service of paperwork was too slow and not o sure. Well it is done but the Title deed is being expected. One is told when one pays cash it will go fast. Yet to be seen.
I VISIT JIMMY JONES ON 9/27 TO GET MY 2015 TOYOTA CAMRY SERVICE. i PAID FOR THE SERVICE BUT THOUGHT IT WAS A LITTLE HIGH FOR AN OIL CHANGE, FLUID CHECK , AND TIRE ROTATED. LATER THAT DAY WHEN I TOOK THE TIME TO EXAMINE THE BILL, I WAS CHARGE FOR A SERVICE THAT WAS NOT NEED OR REQUESTED. I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH JEREMY, WHO'S OVER THE SERVICE DEPT. HE LISTENED TO MY CONCERN. TOLD ME HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT. HE DID TAKE CARE OF ME AND MY ISSUES. I JUST WANTED TO THANK HIM.
