We purchased our 2014 pathfinder platinum brand new. It was great for the first year but then in year two black smoke billowed from the tailpipe. The dealer said it was because we did not change the oil...that is bs. We had the replace the engine. Next both visors break. Next. The caliber breaks and we lose the ability to use our breaks. This happened on the interstate and luckily we were able to pull over without incident. Finally, we were driving home and the sunroof just exploded while on the highway. It was 10:30 at night and no other vehicle was around us. Glass showered down on me and my family. That was the last straw. This car should not be on the highway. We just traded it in and bought a Toyota. Everything I have said he is true.
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
We were having drama had a critter very up in our car eat wires destroy stuff. They got our cat right in gave us quote, went over options, was so caring. Had us fixed immediately. Thank you so much for always providing great service and care.
No pressure sales, beautiful facility and their prices are better than many big dealerships. It was worth the 30 mile drive for me and while I didn't buy a car that day, when I find the car that I like and if they have it, I'll be back.
Enough room for 7 adults and great gas mileage.

I traded in a 2010 Pathfinder for my 2014 because I started having problems with the 4 wheel drive unit and would've had to pay close to $5,000 to replace. I can get close to 400+ miles per tank and enough room for 7 adults also good towing capacity. Listen this Pathfinder to me is considered a SUV not a truck because of the styling also 4 wheel drive doesn't stay locked to conserve on gas. To sum up my opinion on my 2014 Nissan Pathfinder it's a excellent vehicle with great styling, comfort and gets great gas mileage. I would definitely purchase again.
I have now been to this facility twice in the last two years (once to get an appraisal for a vehicle I ended up selling myself and now (Sept/2018) for a used vehicle purchase. Both times great, but this most recent was a shockingly easy process throughout with a very good person (Greg Leo) from CarMax.
I had a specific need and the car was in CA (I am in TX) and Greg set up delivery, responded to any request I had, and kept me informed at all times of the stages. When I met him for actual purchase, I was in and out of the process (including a trade in) in 2 hours (prob could have done less but we got along well). This IS the way car buying should be done! Period. Great people, great business model.
I also used CarMax financing with zero issues (excellent credit) and there is no pressure involved whatsoever (it is built into their process).
First time bro going my car into service. I worked with Joe and he did a great job. I just came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Joe made sure everything was done in a timely manner and if had them wash and vacuum my car. Really enjoyed my visit! Thank you Joe!
Jerry took the time to insure I was satisfied with the repair of my vehicle. He provides excellent feedback and listens to what you need. He then goes above and beyond what the customer ask of him. If you truly want to insure you get the proper respect as a customer and if you want to ensure repeat customers then I would make sure all your service advisors perform as well as Jerry. No two people are alike but it???s a very comforting fact that I know who I???m going to ask for when I come back to Huffines Dodge
Transmission and axle problems

Terrible, with too many problems with it. Transmission, axle, shaft problems. I don't feel safe in it. company Doesn't care. Will never purchase another Nssan.
Anthony recognized that I knew what I was looking for and allowed me the time to make the decision to purchase on my terms. Handled himself professionally. Great experience.
Noting but problems on Low MIlage Vehicle.

This SUV needed brakes replaced at 25,000miles, Both front window regulators just passed 30,000 miles and the tires replaced at 32,000 miles. Never buying nissan again. Plus it was recalled twice because of the Passenger seat occupancy sensor. The first time it was in for reporgramming they didn't do it correctly so we had to go back in another time.
Had a great time at Waxahachie Dodge. We drove away in our dream car thanks to their unbelievable customer service and experience. I appreciate Chance Massey and their sales team for making this happen.
Went through the entire process, they not only walked me through each step and made sure I’m ew what was going on, they made it easy for me
To follow and verify what they were doing. They made sure I got a car I wanted at a price that was beyond fair for me.

We had a pathfinder since new in 2014, great driving, smooth ride, spacious because comes with 3rd row, gas saver, powerful engine overall this is the best mid SUV from Nissan.
Doug Ball made buying a brand new 2018 Ford Fiesta, the best experience ever!!!!

I cannot wait to get rid of this cheaply made vehicle. All the plastic things are breaking. It was so cheaply put together with cheap plastic parts. It also has horrible blind spots. I cannot wait to get another car that is not a Nissan!!!
After a day of car dealerships and not seeing or getting the service I was expecting, I walked into Dodge City of McKinney and was immiedately greeted by Bobby. He could sense the defeat I carried with me but he was persistent on me staying positive, that he has what I was looking for. I initially came looking at the Jeep but switched gears to the Dodge. Bobby worked with me on my credit and my monthly price point. We initially did not agree and C.J. came over to speak with me. After reviewing they were able to get me in an amazing vehicle for an amazing price and interest rate. They stayed positive, bent over backwards and took care of me all the way through. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Best customer service and perfect vehicle for my family!
