I had leased my last Nissan Rogue here and decided to speak with Steve about getting a new one now that my lease has ended. I cannot thank him enough for his professional approach to every aspect of the deal. I had shopped around the week before I came because i knew I had wanted to get my car from Baron again. I asked Steve to please give me his best price up front and to avoid the haggling. He immediately gave me the bottom line number (which truly was better than anyone else had mentioned). No games were played and the professionalism that was exhibited through the whole process made it such a pleasant experience. Stopped by dealership to check out the cars. Manager Chris offered to find me a car and requested a deposit. I paid. He didn???t find me a car within the period we agreed on and I requested refund. The agent was instructed by Chris to fill out the paperwork and promised that I will get the refund within 7 business days. It???s 14 days since then, I contacted them again and they promised to check, but still no refund. I only wish that I checked their reviews before I went there. Only 2 stars out of 5. *** Today is a happy day for me - finally got the refund. I want to thank Samantha who helped me. She was very efficient, professional and polite.

Stumbled upon this Nissan dealer after a few failed attempts with other dealers. Was greeted with positivity, smiles, and the attention and support that I needed. One of the sales people, Ed, worked tirelessly for hours showing me different cars and finally found me a car that best suited my needs: low mileage, the color I wanted, and the style I requested, while being extremely generous with my trade in. My business transaction of the ca purchase went very well with one exception, they promised to detail he vehicle but it was only washed. I would have addressed my complaint but I had a prior engagement and did not have the time to wait at the dealership. So far so good with the vehicle. In conclusion I would recommend this dealership to friends and family.
