It is an 8-hour drive between me and Racine, but Shawn did two separate FaceTime sessions with my wife and me and was always responsive to my follow-up questions. I have been taking my Hondas (wife and I both have one) to Muller Honda of Gurnee since it was Rosen Honda back in the late 1990's. They always provide great service. Even when I would bring in my wifes old 1995 Civic with 250k miles, they always treated me well and I never felt looked down upon because " It's that guy again with the really old car". They were always very professional in evaluating my newer Honda or my wifes really old one and offering practical repairs. Meaning, I didn't experience a bunch of up-selling to fix problems with my 1995 civic that did have a few leaks and such but would not be worth dumping a ton of money into such an old car. My wife has a new 2018 Civic now and I am expecting the same great service I had in the past.
Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
Saw a vehicle online and talked to the Manager Bill Meek on the phone. I drove over 100 miles and when I got to their dealership the car was outside, cleaned and ready to go. I drove it, fell in love with it and the best part was the buying experience. No hidden fees, no pressure to buy and the best was that I did not have to go through the entire negotiation hassle. Bought my 2012 rogue 3 months ago best buying exp in 40 yrs of buying cars excellent staff great deal. Now 3 months later a mechanic not with dealer tells me rear brakes rotors shocks all bad approx $1100 dollars. Went to dealer and they are doing all repairs. No charge how great is this place to deal w thanks I'm a retired police officer on a pension n these guys are the BEST
Gave me a very great price on the car I purchased and gave me great value on a trade in to make ends meet. Due to past experiences I was expecting for the dealership to try and play me and back track on their word but to my surprise there were no tricks. Very friendly, great service, quick and easy. I drove from Tennessee because they had the car I wanted exactly how I wanted it and couldn't find it closer and I would make the drive again.

sales person was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and demonstrated the basic features to get us started. he made sure the car was ready on schedule. the paperwork was necessary but tedious. cathy took the time to explain fully what was required and let us take breaks as needed.

Had a really good experience at Boucher Nissan in Greenfield. I had an appointment with Duke and he was expecting me, so my wait to get my truck in was minimal. Beyond that, it was done when he said it would be, the maintenance was completed, and so was the warranty work. Smooth & Easy!
