This car is attractive and so comfy. The room is amazing and the ride ! I will never own anything but a Nissan Pathfinder! Easing my mind as a single mom that my girls are so safe!
I was skeptical to buy a car anywhere because the last time I purchased a vehicle, I had a lot of issues with what was promised and what was delivered. Both Sam and the manager understood this and worked with me to make me feel comfortable about the experience. They answered my questions and helped me find the best way to finance. When we had an issue with the license plate holder, they made sure it was taken care of. I???m very happy with my new car! Thanks to Sam for being so accessible, and Richard for explaining everything about the loan.
I???ve been going to this dealership ( KOEPPEL NISSAN QUEENS ) for over 20yrs. My experience there have always been Great . Danny Colon my sales guy is always courteous & very knowledgeable , and answers all the questions I had. Danny takes the time to explain all the details on the vehicle even told me things that I didn???t know about the vehicle that I was not aware of. I keep going back to this dealer because I???m treated with respect.

Very spacious and comfortable car but not reliable technically.In just 2 years fan started noising and dealer not taking responsibility to c over repair expenses because it has 62k mileage on it.
Courteous very informative and patient. John Paul took his time to show me the vehicle and explained all the options. He set up the blue tooth for me.

Exceptional value and efficiency. Some competing models seemed like driving a school bus. Almost 20 MPG in town and 26 MPG on the road. Everyone who owns one seems to be exceptionally pleased with performance and reliability
I came here for a new car again for the third time and was not disappointed again. Rajib aj Miah was amazing saved me time he knew I came from Staten Island made everything easy and fast and I got a great deal he knew my budget he explained the car to me.

The car overall is good. Had the car for three years now and never had any issues. Definitely will buy another Nissan in the future.
all credit earned by me if u ask ! Their cars are extremely Cheaper than most places who has even more salvaged vehicles ! I wouldn't hesitate to buy my car from here or my family n friends ! these cars are priced as if they have alil more salvaged history on the carfax but their super clean ! 1 owner, No accident ! yikes alot of competition

Went to check out a used Audi Q7. Also test drove a 2018 Audi Q7. Levani was our salesperson and he was excellent very knowledge and kind and worked with us in every way. Unfortunately we did not buy but if going to Audi Manhattan ask for him.
Headlamps Crack Heat/Cold

Great SUV. However, two main problems to date at 48,000 and at 50,000 miles:
1) Hot/cold temperature extremes cause multiple small cracks (20) when headlights on in 20 degree temps. 48,000 and 50,000. One small became one large. No manufacturer recall. $540 each.
2) Cooling fan fails at 50,000. Known problem. No manufacturer recall. $850.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Great vehicle and great fuel economy. With a v6, it has plenty of get up and go. I use it to pull a small boat and a motorcycle trailer. The vehicle is rated for 5800 lbs towing, although I will never tow that much. Well pleased with this SUV.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
My fiance and I just bought our first car and the overall experience was amazing. Jon Paul provided exceptional customer service. We leased a Nissan Rouge on Labor Day . Our salesman, Matty Brown, was a pleasure to work with and the closer, Alli was also great. We have been back for a windshield washer problem.The service department was also wonderful and fixed our hose at once. We dealt with Andy Lisske.
