I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)

This SUV meets the my needs and the needs of my family. My son loves the BOSE speaker system. Hopefully we will be driving this car for years to come.
Joel Piller, Anuj Bharadwaj, Francis Mendiola and Guy Eberhart all worked very well to see that my needs were met with an honest trade allowance and competive deal on a sweet 2018 Chevrolet Impala Premier. No tricks or hidden fees were employed during the process and they saw that I was in and out in a timely fashion. The vehicle had low mileage and very clean. A few dings on the exterior. Reason we didn’t buy light color interior and very few options.
Toyota has a recall on engine. Koons Tysons Corner Toyota dealer informed me and completed the check-up and updated the software. The entire process is streamlined, fast, and professional.

Great vehicle and great fuel economy. With a v6, it has plenty of get up and go. I use it to pull a small boat and a motorcycle trailer. The vehicle is rated for 5800 lbs towing, although I will never tow that much. Well pleased with this SUV.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

Exceptional value and efficiency. Some competing models seemed like driving a school bus. Almost 20 MPG in town and 26 MPG on the road. Everyone who owns one seems to be exceptionally pleased with performance and reliability
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.

Headlamps Crack Heat/Cold

Great SUV. However, two main problems to date at 48,000 and at 50,000 miles:
1) Hot/cold temperature extremes cause multiple small cracks (20) when headlights on in 20 degree temps. 48,000 and 50,000. One small became one large. No manufacturer recall. $540 each.
2) Cooling fan fails at 50,000. Known problem. No manufacturer recall. $850.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
I went there to buy 2013 Kia Sorento and I met some lady her name is Debbie, she is a very smartest underwriter and salesperson.
She is a very friendly person like my sister and works professionally with amazingly quick.I arrived there at about 3:30 PM but I could pick my new car up at 4:30 PM, it took only 1 hour!! test driving/all paper works with loan processing.I strongly recommend this dealer and Debbie and you will be happy~~Thanks, Debbie.

The car overall is good. Had the car for three years now and never had any issues. Definitely will buy another Nissan in the future.

I would like to say this was my first car experience and it could not have been any better. Sade was awesome to work with. She knew what she was doing, she knew what I was looking for and worked to get that vehicle for me. I would recommend her. She is very motivated and you can tell she loves her job.
Many dealers claim to be no hassle, no haggle. These guys were very straight forward about price, financing, and what they could do to send me home with a vehicle to meet my needs.
