My experience with each representative was amazing! Everyone from the sales rep. to the manager, to the finance guy, treated me with respect, compassion and concern. I felt like my experience was personal for them, I wasn't just another potential buyer. When I contacted Sutherlin, I was just shopping around trying to find the best Lease option for a new car. I was told by another dealer that I wasn't able to lease due to my credit score and that I was to far upside down on my current vehicle (that they sold me in 2012) to purchase a second car without a hefty down payment. Sharon McKnight and Aaron D'Amico did a great job of getting me to come in and talk with someone about my options. I live in Melbourne FL. and Vero is about an hour away, so I didn't want to drive there and waste their time, or mine. Sharon and Aaron assured me, without any guarantees, that it would be worth my while to give them an opportunity to talk with me and present possible purchase options. I am beyond glad that I listened to them! Although I wasn't able to trade my current vehicle, I was able to purchase the vehicle I wanted, the 2017 Rogue SV! I wasn't able to get all of the options I originally wanted and I had hoped that the price could have been lowered a bit more to keep me closer to my desired payment, but I wont complain. Having this car is better than not have a car at all! So, I will be back in 2018, with a higher credit score to get the vehicle I truly want :) Thank you again to the staff that worked with me. We were there for hours, and you never let up, made me comfortable and sealed the deal! You guys are an amazing staff!!!
