Did an internet purchase on an 09 Murano and at pickup found out the car didn't have all I asked for and was promised. I was livid because the original process had been great and felt I had been taken advantage of. Got in contact with Tom Wall, Manager and he searched high and low for the car I wanted. When he couldn't find the 2009 he got me a 2010 Murano at NO ADDITIONAL COST with all the options I originally wanted. In my opinion he went WAY above and beyond to make sure they made it right. I'll be a long time customer at DCH Freehold Nissan. Also, they have a great guy, John, who shows you all the options in the car and how each works....really friendly, really funny and very knowledgable. It's worth buying a car there just to meet him - he's teriffic!

I read review of DCH Freehold Nissan on this website and decided to drive all the way from Piscataway, about 30 miles, to buy a new car. The long trip was every bit worth it. I had an excellent, and I should say, a very unusual experience. Unusual because this experience was unlike any other I have had at other dealers. I felt no pressure to close the deal, no haggling over price and everyone in the dealership was very courteous and professional. My salesman was Mark Weber, who I think is the nicest and most professional of salesmen I have ever dealt with. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions in a very courteous and calm manner. He did not rush me into making my decision and let me take time with all the details. I bought my car because of him. Thanks Mark for a great car buying experience. I have given this dealer the highest rating particularly for a great car buying experience. Thanks.

I purchased my 2017 pathfinder new. I was promised a towing kit to be installed which never happened. That may be a dealership issue not a Nissan issue. However, back to the SUV itself. The rear view camera has had issues since I've had the car. It cuts in and out. The transmission is complete garbage. At 20,000 miles it's slipping in hills already, and won't shift into 6th gear on the highway without putting it into neutral and back into drive. At 36,000 miles the radiator fan is rubbing the shroud. It misfires when cold. I wasted $40,000 and never will buy a Nissan again.

One of the best car salesman I ever had.. Not pushy! Great attitude, even came to my house to setup bluetooth.. 5 stars for Brian.. I told my buddy about these guys, and he got a car as well. My overall experience was very pleasant, no pressure, and worked out for all..
I came in because it was finally time to upgrade to a newer car. Ruben sat me down and showed me my options and was very patient and listened to all of my needs. The Pathfinder has all the creature comforts you need. Very comfortable....it’s a SUV. I’ve taken this vehicle on several long trips and been very comfortable. The V6 matched with the CVT provides plenty of power.
My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. All were concerned with our needs and very professional ; all around nice guys. Would purchase here again. Thanks Guys !!! Al T.

Love my Pathfinder! We needed a bigger car with the 3rd row and the Nissan Pathfinder meets all our needs. USB ports, easy to use display screen, lots of cup holders and rear plugs for powering multiple divices. Lots of room with all seats laid down. Big engine for those needing power and great on gas mileage.
If you???re looking to purchase a new/ used car. Go to Nissan on 33. Ask for PJ, he???s a great sales person. PJ will meet your needs, and budget. You will leave happy.

This SUV was more then I expected in comfort, power, reliability, safety features, and looks. The starting wheel warmer in Minnesota is amazing as well as remote start and remote start from all app. All wheel drive can be locked into 4 wheel drive, which up here is a plus. Need to check out the Pathfinder for your next SUV!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

After putting 10,000 miles on this Pathfinder I have a few items to report: 1. The left outside rear view mirror on the door is too big. At night you cannot make clear/clean left turns because the mirror blocks your view. I am 5'10" tall and big enough to view the mirror but can't see around it. 2. The interior (not leather) is ok. I have charcoal black interior and the left arm rest on the door is very difficult to keep clean. Seems to attract and hold dirt.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. When I started my search for a new vehicle on line, Alexis was very helpful in getting me the information I needed to make an informed decision. I asked her not to overwhelm me with phone calls, text messages, etc. and she didn't. She simply provided the information I needed and told me when I was ready to contact her. Once I arrived at Global I worked with Riley who had a good energy about him and was very accommodating in showing me a few vehicles that I was interested in. We did a test drive, worked out pricing and I left there with my new 2019 Chevy Equinox. Overall a great experience. I have bought vehicles from Global before and will continue to go back in the future.

It's very versatile. It's an 8 passenger vehicle when I need it or the back lays down for lots of room and most of the time it's a 5 passenger. This vehicle has a smooth and comfortable ride with lots of power. We love having the capability to use all wheel drive, 4 wheel drive or just regular drive and a great look. Would buy this vehicle again ,
This is our second Rogue we purchased from Irfan. In the world of car salespeople, he is the only we've come across that is direct , Honest and doesn't play the games most car salespeople play. He wasn't condescending and he treated me with respect. Being a woman, I have not been taken seriously at other dealerships which I recently shopped. My husband and I can't say enough good things about Irfan. If you are shopping for a Nissan look no further ... Go to Irfan!!!

this vehicle has met my needs and some. Even with the 3rd row of seats up there is still ample trunk space. Comfortable through-out, back up camera is awesome, ease of folding chairs in back.
Stereo is good.
I???ve always been quite skeptical regarding the used cars and particularly trade-in scheme, but my wife convinced me to give it a try. We found AMG Auto and their website and after a quick chat with their employee, Taji decided that it???s worth trying. So we chose the vehicle that fit our demands regarding price, size and so on, completed all the procedures with the financing of a deal and are now very happy with our new Infiniti JX35.

Yesterday I came into the location with high hope to get a car I really liked and Rob King helped me out to the fullest I gladly appreciate all the work that was done and I???m loving my new car. I can???t remember they guy who helped me with my paper work but he was definitely also a big help in this purchase
This is the best dealership i have dealt with in my lifetime. I was there for service appointments several times. They are very courteous and quick. They answer all questions and get work done on schedule. My dealings with Chris Cicardo in parts division and Eileen Cortese in service were professional and courteous. They are definitely an asset to Pine Belt staff. Would highly recommend this dealership from sales to service.
