Everyone at the dealership, especially Kenny went far beyond expectations. In our situation, we had a horrible purchase from the previous dealer we had purchased from, and were left high and dry (spent an entire year paying for repairs and trying to get the car to pass emissions-nothing short of a nightmare). I came into the place exasperated and in tears. Between all of this the dealer listened to our needs-provided a amazing solution. I will never forget how they were able to actually sell a car through an empathetic situation that met our specific needs. We love our 2019 Nissan. Thank you.
I had the best experience with the service here then I have ever had with any other auto service. Nolan was the the best. He cared that I had no transportation and that it was a Holiday. His genuine concern has me coming back for all my service needs and I will purchase my next vehicle there. I had my truck towed to Madison because of how he treated me on the phone. They were so busy because of the holiday, but assured me he would do his best to get it looked at. He called me on an update of getting it in to service, and he did just that. Because of Nolan, they have my business. I bought the truck in Janesville but there is no comparison to Rosan Nissan

I filled out an online app in hopes of a newer/used vehicle for myself and family as I have 4 children 2 of witch are teens who drive and as a single father i wanted something i can feel 100% worry free with as I send my daughter's out on their daily errands, school, etc. With 2 divorces and struggles in life I never thought it would be possible to get a new car however I had to try. I got approved online and like most everyone else thought ya sure until I get there I'm approved then they'll want a years salary for a down payment but I went anyway! I got there and meet with Art and after a half hour he had gotten me into not a used car but a brand new 2018 Nissan Altima! Now I can go work my 10 hour days, my children can go to school, run their errands and I don't have to worry about their safety or if their broke down somewhere!
