Exceptional experience with Nate and the team at Younger

I had narrowed my search down to a specific luxury car and already had two-deals in-hand. One was for an idential lower-mileage, 2015 version without the single optional $3500 features package (with the on-line dealer Carvana) and the second was 2017 version, with lower-powered engine and even lower mileage (with a local dealer.) Now, I live over two-hours away from Younger Nissan, but I discovered, at midnight, on the internet, that they had just received a used 2015 model of the car, with the desired optional package, but twice the miles of just car in which I was interested. I reached out via the internet at midnight and requested contact via their on-line form, submitted a quick appraisal via Kelly Blue Book and also submitted an application for financing. (I already had secured financing and the two other trade offers in-hand). By 8:50 AM the next morning, Nate contacted me via email and phone. We began a two and one-half hour conversation, Q&A, information exchange, and negotiation via email, phone calls and text messages. Our negotiations brought us close enough and Nate brought Rob Harley into the deal so that we were comfortsble making the long drive to the dealership. We were in the car within 40-minutes and to the dealership in two hour and 40 minutes, where we were greeeted at our car by Nate, Joey and Austin. My wife (I am disabled, retired and unable to drive) and Nate took an extended test drive to insure her comfort with the car (the car was immaculately prepared). He made her extremely comfortable, demonstrated well a very complex car that they typically do not sell and answered all her questions. When they returned we all went inside to work out the deal. Oh, when I say ???all, I also incude our eight year-old beagle-lab that they encouraged us to bring along. The deal negotiation was quick, straight forward and painless. Rob did his evaluation of our trade and we brought a deal together. We were made to feel exceptionally comfortable, unpressured and well-informed throughout the process. Once all the numbers were together, we next met with Finance. Ed was equally exceptional. As noted, I had financing in-hand and was already comfortable. Ed had aleady found a better deal, with a better financial institution than I previously secured had had all the paperwork ready for us when we sat down. He showed us all the numbers on his screen and explained each simply and clearly. (*my wife is still new with her roll as caregiver and decision-head since my illness and Ed was kind, gentle, respectful and patient). It was the easiest and best finance deal and process I had ever experienced. So, although we had previously purchased Mazda, Nissan, BMW, Honda, Infiniti, Acura and Lexus cars for their respective dealerships, I can say it was the best single car purchase experience we have ever had. Thanks to Nate, Ed, Rob, Joey and Austin (thanks, ???new guy??? - you made us feel *special thanks for all your help with our pup, Morgan) for everything. We would exceptionally highly recommend Nate and the team at Younger for anyone considering a new or used car purchase ... even if you are several or more hours away.
We have always gotten great service at Champion Chevrolet, we purchases all our vehicles there and we use them to service them all. We owe a 2012 Chevy Cruze, 2014 Camaro and 2015 Colorado Truck, we love them all.

PF is best bang for the bucks in the market. Very pawerfull, smooth drive. Very stylish with black colour . Feel very safe ob highway and drives like a sports car. buy one with closed eyes.
Perfect for a large family! Especially for my autistic son who can sit in the back and control the temperature! He normally had to sit next to the window he has motion sickness with his autism. He now loves riding in the car!
SEAN DAVIS WAS AWESOME. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME BUYING A NEW CAR AND HE HELPED ME IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE TO MAKE MY EXPERIENCE A GREAT ONE. I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE HE HELPED ME WITH. I owned a Nissan exterra for 10 years. I knew when I wanted a new car was going to be the pathfinder. I just wish had sunroof.
We came in looking to buy a used Jeep. Originally, didn't see a vehicle that fit our needs, so we left. The sales staff listened to what we needed both in a vehicle and our budget. We asked for them to call back if they found anything that might work. The next day, we received a call back with a great suggestion. Given our needs and budget, it was actually a better deal for us to look at NEW Jeeps. We hadn't even considered that option. We ended up saving money on both ends--purchase price and interest. We were very pleased with how well the staff listened to what we wanted. They did not pressure us into a vehicle that wasn't right for us. Instead, they found something perfect for our family. We are very pleased and would recommend Jimi Hall and the rest of the staff (Brad and Dominic to name a couple)to anyone who needs a new or used vehicle.

Great drive but s model has No navigation system. Sound sysrem is 15 years behind the times. Can't even load up pictures to the large display screen. Wasted opportunity. Spend the bit extra and get the next trim level up. This is tio little too late.
This dealership is part of the Victory Automotive Group. I have found that the quality of service to be excellent and the staff are great folks. One feature that I bought was Car Docs that covers regular maintenence. This service is honored by all Victory dealerships no matter what make of vehicle you bought from a Victory dealership.
Services performed have been timely and quick enough that I can easily wait at the dealership for completion of work. They also wash the vehicle as a peek. You can even stop by and get a free exterior wash any time you want.
Though I bought a Honda at Victory Honda in Jackson TN, my buying experience was highly satisfactory. I think that one would find Tri-Cities Nissan would treat a buying customer in the same positive way.

This car has all I need. The inside has the perfect space and for me that I have two kids is excellent the outside is beautiful.
The service staff at TriCities Nissan always go out of their way to make sure I get the best deal possible. I have never felt like they were trying to sell something I didn't need.

Suv has so much room, it drives so smoothly! I just absolutely love it!! Car is extremely nice on inside an outside. An get it fully loaded you won't go back!
