After a couple of weeks of my husband generously sharing his car, I felt it was time to get my own. I spent four solo days shopping in and out of dealerships, driving various brands. Howard was wonderful - very open and honest and upfront about what he did or did not know about the car as I was figuring out if I was going to purchase it. Howard was upbeat and positive and spent many hours with us - he never seemed to be wanting to move on to another potential car buyer.
