I was in Modern Nissan for preventive maintenance. My husband always took care of our car needs so this was my first experience handling car maintenance. Tom was so nice. He explained everything to me and made me glad I was having the work done at Modern. Tom was fast efficient answered all my questions and I could not have asked for a better mechanic. I made sure I had his card so he would be working on my car again. A definite asset for Modern Nisan with expert skills.

Nigel is the service man I work with and he always make sure that what we need is done right and I am never pressured to do more than as necessary. Drove almost 3hrs to purchase from Rockhill Nissan. They had the best pricing and phenomenal service. Most of the interaction was via phone so they had everything ready for me when I walked through the door.

They did a great job. Brandon Scott is a great service writer and I ALWAYS request him if possible! The waiting area has been updated with new furniture and both TVs were working just fine. Snacks and coffee, etc. were also available. All-in-all, a great experience, thanks!

I took my car in for a recall to Scott Clark Nissan. They called me yo let me know. When I got there Nigel helped and said it would be a lot less time than I was originally told and he was right. It took only 1 122 hours vs 4. The work was fine great. Got the car back cleaner. Everything’s great. Nigel helped greatly. Excellent in every way.

Bob was a very knowledgeable service person. He is also personable, friendly and courteous. I will ask for him by name from now on when I visit the service department
