Moe spent over an hour going over everything in my car and showed me how things work. He was so polite and very knowledgeable. Kristin in finance had everything ready and was in and out in very little time. Both were very friendly and made me feel like the queen for the day. Thanks for an easy day buying a car !
We purchased a 2010 mini van from Warehouse Auto. First time buying from them based on a referral. They have a changing table and diapers in the restroom which really impressed me along w/ a play area for the kiddos in the office area. No one pounced on us the moment we pulled into the lot which was pleasant. We were able to browse w/o being hounded. The salesman was knowledgeable and upfront about the vehicles and any concerns that there may have been w/ the vehicles we were looking at. The price displayed on the vehicle is the price you pay. Nice knowing right off the bat what they are asking for the vehicle and what you are expected to pay w/o any bartering back and forth. All paperwork done on the property, simple and easy! No pressure.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Just recently purchased a certified 2014 Nissan Maxima. Love the car. Justin Quinn was the sales rep and did everything he could to make this trade a great experience for me. No pressure, listened to my offer, worked with his manager and made this a reality in a very short visit. I had some follow up work in the shop and they did everything they said they would do in a timely and professional manner. Scheduling my appointment was a breeze. We ordered a car from Dave Wright Nissan, and the delivery was delayed due to a one of the features being new and requiring a bit more time for the car to be delivered. We ran into trouble with our current car, and in presenting the situation to the dealership, we were very happy with the result. They understood that we needed something safe to drive in a very timely manner, and without hesitation and most generously presented - they offered the use of one of their vehicles until our car arrived. The car we are driving (although smaller than the one we ordered) has very nice features and is carrying us through this situation very well. This dealership cares about its customers. Highly recommend!
