His name was Darius Singleton. He took the time to go over EVERYTHING. He took the time to go over every car we had in mind, down to the color and features. Once we decided on a car (we???ll several cars), he made it his mission to make sure we looked at everyone in person. He told us all the features in comparison to the previous car viewed. He kept us within our budget while getting the car that we wanted. He made this experience a GREAT one! Thank you!!

I went into the dealership looking for a used car, but the innovative team at Woodfield Nissan came up with some very great options for a new car. My sales consultant Michal was amazing, even during the moments that I was not fully committed to buying a car. He kept me informed throughout the process, and created a pressure-free zone for me to make my decisions. Overall, everyone was great. So much so, that I have already referred 2 people to go there. Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
sales person was friendly and helpful, knowledgeable and demonstrated the basic features to get us started. he made sure the car was ready on schedule. the paperwork was necessary but tedious. cathy took the time to explain fully what was required and let us take breaks as needed.
We bought a used car for my son. We had a few issues with getting the car but Morries's Nissan handled it well! They bent over backwards with helping us out..our salesman Jason even came in on his day off and the service manager Jermery was awesome also. We are very pleased and happy with Morries!!
I was thrilled when we found two possible vehicles at Ken Garff Ford because how much some of our family members loved other Ken garff locations, but sadly this one was not a good experience. Aside of the lack of assistance in finding a vehicle where we had to physically reach out to a worker passing by and ask for some help to finding the vehicles on the lot to those that were presented to us, they were filthy and we were told we would get an "IOU" on a deep clean and any fixtures that needed to be done after purchasing the vehicle. Bummed we had the experience we did.
We love Steve Allen, he is always very friendly and very helpful in finding is a great car and we love Lynette in the shop who is also very friendly and helpful! We won't go anywhere else to find a car because we know that your office is always honest! Thank you!

I am known for being kind of thrifty with my money, so my daughter and wife were shocked when I bought a new CX 5 from Alberto and then, after liking it so much, I went back the next day and bought a CX 3 for me (CX 5 was for wife). I think Alberto was surprised too, but he came in on his usual day off with no commitment from me to purchase a car. I think he saw something in my eye and he knew he could sell me a second car. He is very pleasant to deal with and most of all, he knows what he is selling, he knows the technology, the engines, weather it is a CVT transmission or which models have a turbo. As a retired engineer, I might ask a couple more slightly technical questions than the average person but salesman should know that stuff, Alberto does. He is very friendly and low pressure. I am glad to have met him and very glad to have bought two cars from him. Alberto says Mazda has been good to him, I hope so because they don't all come like Alberto!
