Mr. Jones the sells rep who assisted me worked diligently to ensure I was a happy customer. He left no detail unexplained. Victor the sales manager was also very professional and pleasant. We chose this vehicle because the price was pretty good, and the seats seemed pretty comfortable. After 70,000 miles and 3 years of ownership, however, the AC compressor has suddenly quit working. This is a $1000 repair from Nissan, who has chosen to not stand by their product due to it being out of warranty. They did tell us that they may be able to offer a "good will" warranty if we have Nissan diagnose the problem. Nissan did diagnose the problem, which cost us $120 and told us what the local shop told us (for free). With that information, Nissan decided that they wouldn't offer us a good will warranty. Based on the problems, poor customer support from Nissan1, and the money spent, I'll recommend you not purchase a Quest and possibly avoid Nissan all together

First up jeff was great , he had great interactive skills,personality great,he was on point he knew his stuff informitive.for my husband and i we could not have come at a better time,we came 915am on a thrusday,the process he made it smooth sailing.we came in with an old car n left out with a great economical car that fit our profile.jeff was not pushy he gave us room to breath thru this. We got a preowned car for low miledge.at an economical price.we are happy with it.steve the finance manager was great as well he made everything work in every way to finalize everything.we will recomend this dealer and the salesman jeff with finance manager steve to anyone.sometimes you just have to recieve your own experience. But we were satisfied 100%. THANKS JEFF N STEVE WERE ENJOYING OUR NEW CAR

This van is quiet on the freeway. The ride is very smooth. The seats are soft and comfortable. There is a lot of headroom. Behind the third row is a large storage area with two panels that cover it up. More things can be placed on top of the panels. There are 16 drink holders. I enjoy bringing extra water, so that gives me plenty of places to store it. Eight are in the front. The side mirrors are very big for easy viewing.
I can not say how impressed I am with Nissan of Garden City the dealership was clean and from the moment I walked in I felt that I was welcomed and every one there was eager to help me.
I started my day wanting to test drive 4 different makes of SUV and Nissan was my first stop. I was exceptionally lucky to meet Chelsea Edmonds who became my sales person and at the end I could not be more impressed by this gentlemen who was professional, beyond polite and knowledgeable. The dealership was exceptionally busy but Chelsea was gracious and beyond accommodating. After visiting 3 additional dealerships (different manufactures) I knew the Rouge was the choice for me. When I went back to Nissan I was greeted by Chelsea and the sales manager Victor who immediately recognized me-again the place was crazy busy so I was impressed! As it turned out the car I had selected, of which there was only one in stock in that color an option model, was had a scratch. Chelsea and Victor showed me other color options but when they saw I was not thrilled with the other color options they got to work and within in minutes found the car I want it at another dealership. Within an hour they had the car I wanted ready for me. During the entire experience they were so accommodating so gracious and really just wanted me to be happy. The dealership sales manager Scott was also aware of the situation and he also make every effort to let me know spell apologetic they work with the delay and did everything necessary to make sure at the end of the day I was happy and drove off in the car that I wanted. What many cars over the years and visited many dealership and I have to say Nissan Garden City above and beyond the best that I’ve ever visited
