I feel very comfortable with this minivan. Performance are great, I feel like a driving a car instead a van. Nice interior and exterior design. Keyless enter and push bottom start are great.The stereo (GPS) and the DVD system are little confusing. Only have 7 seats may not fit for some family.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

This vehicle is one of the ugliest things I have ever seen. However, it does meet all of my needs and it is a very smooth ride. It is kind of a pain to get into the 3rd row when you need to. The 2nd row captain seats don't move forward a whole lot for someone who is taller than 5'4-5'5 to get in the back. It can be done is just a struggle. I gave it a 3 on reliability because we have only had it for 2.5 weeks so I'm not sure yet. On our recent road trip we only got 20mpg on the highway. We were hoping for the 27 it shows in the specifications. We just didn't get that. Overall a good vehicle just has a few things that we personally don't like.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. I have owned the vehicle for over 5 years. That is a first for me. It still is just as good as when it was new. I have hauled kids, antiques, and softball stuff over 113,000 miles. I normally trade every 2 years, because I am pretty ticky. Now, I cannot find anything better than what I have. I wish it had more charging ports, the radio would work with Android, and better MPG. But those are minor and I think have been changed in newer models. This vehicle has meet every need I have had. You will not believe how much you can load in the back!

Carvana has the most Happy & Helpful Reps. I have ever dealt with. I called a LOT leading up to my delivery, One poor guy was on the phone with me for nearly an hour trying to deal with my bank (it was fully automated and difficult), but the entire time he remained happy and kept chatting with me as we got through the process, I felt important and extremely valued. Anywhere else would have just put me on hold for ten minutes at a time, but not my new friends at Carvana! The entire Experience - from browsing online, to the first test drive - was very enjoyable ! I almost want to buy another car so I can do it all over again... it sounds like a joke, but you will understand when you experience it yourself. 🎶Car-vana-oooo-na-na🎶

This van is quiet on the freeway. The ride is very smooth. The seats are soft and comfortable. There is a lot of headroom. Behind the third row is a large storage area with two panels that cover it up. More things can be placed on top of the panels. There are 16 drink holders. I enjoy bringing extra water, so that gives me plenty of places to store it. Eight are in the front. The side mirrors are very big for easy viewing.

I purchased a car in Aug 2018, there was a delay with the delivery. No big deal they called me and offered me an Uber being the next day I didn't have a ride there. I didn't like it and it was returned it with no issues. 3 weeks later i ordered another car. I love the ease of ordering online and the description of the car isn't too far off. I received my second car and it had a small dirt area on the back. I made a joke about it with the delivery driver and he made a call and they gave me a detail on them. Then as I was going through the settings of the vehicle I noticed one of the the items they listed as a perk wasn't actually in the car. I called carvana and they admitted to their mistake and accommodated me with what they were able to offer. I have never been to a dealer that will admit their mistake and then try to assist you to make things at ease for you. If i am in the market again I will definitely come here. I would recommend them. Their customer service is great and even the warranty/claims area. I took the car to the dealer to get it looked over and when they found an item they called Carvana and it was taken care of without an issue. This was a hassle free buy. Thank you Carvana I do not remember my delivery driver name but he was the best. Thank you Michelle Benitez for all the great help and customer service you gave me. 2014 Quest LE - 4 Years and 50,000 miles later...

Over the years, I've used cars.com routinely to search for new and used cars. Customer review has been a great source of information in making an informed decision. Hopefully, someone will benefit from our impressions of 2014 Quest LE over the last 50k. We've purchased this van locally in April of 2014. We also got an extended warranty for 7 years/100,000 miles. So far, the van has been reliable and we did not have to use the extended warranty. Overall, it has been a great, reliable and comfortable vehicle for the family. With any luck, Nissan engineers and designers may read this and use the review to make the Quest even better. Any complaints here are more of a "feedback" kind, and "first world problems." Also, some of the observations are in direct comparison to our 2007 Quest SE, which we liked very much (except for the miserable Michelin PAX tires). Gas mileage is not as good as the EPA rating. We get 16/23 routinely, and used to get 19/26 in our 2007 Quest. Same drivers, same routes, same load. It has not changed over the years, it's been like this from day one. OEM Toyo tires were dead after 14k miles. Dealer (Nissan of Cool Springs) did not care. It should not be of consequence to those looking for a good used vehicle, but still... Breaks work well, but one needs to REALLY step on them to get action. Also, pads wear off quickly, and we had to turn rotors at around 25k. I realize it's a heavy vehicle, but that seems a tad early. Grey leather stains easily and is very difficult to keep clean. Volume control is not linear; change from 3 to 4 notches on the display, for example, is SIGNIFICANT - from not being able to hear - to waking up sleeping children in the back. There is no safety (above the door) handle on the driver's side. iPod/iPhone connection is spotty. It works most of the time, but sometimes acts up for no apparent reason. Second row seat belts do not roll back and tend to dangle and get caught in a sliding door. If they don't get trapped by the door, they dangle on the floor and get noisy. Overall, we're happy with it and will keep it for several more years. It's comfortable, relatively quiet and looks like new inside and out. Materials and buttons are solid and pleasant to touch. DVD system and headphones have been flawless for the back seat passengers. Amount of storage, especially with third row seats down is amazing.

This was the closest dealership to us yet it was the last one we went to. We went to Tom Peacock, Mossy, Sterling McCall(THE WORST), and Baker and were completely unimpressed. No one told us about the 0% APR except for the staff at Central Houston Nissan. My girlfriend has had two Nissans prior to the 2015 Rogue she ended up buying with Central Houston Nissan and so naturally, she went in for a third. Originally my girlfriend wanted a used Rogue but after speaking with Eddie (I believe that was his name) and his supervisor/experienced salesman Shawn (spellcheck) we were totally sold on getting a brand new Nissan Rogue. Instead of buying a used 2013 Rogue with about 34.000 miles we got a brand new 2015 Rogue for just $2000 more. Don't even get me started on that 0% APR..... that was honestly what sealed the deal. Both of the guys were sharp, knowledgeable, and friendly. Even the boy who brought the car up for my girlfriend to test drive was courteous and assisting. Signing all of the paperwork did take a while but it was past closing on a Saturday night so I guess that makes sense. My girlfriend has never financed a car before and debt makes her cringe but after they thoroughly explained to her her financial options, she relaxed a little. The Nissan accountant (I honestly can't remember his name) was quick yet thorough making the rest of the process painless. The 2015 Rogue she purchased had literally just came off of the truck so it hadn't been cleaned and because it was late, we thought it was best to come back and pick it up on Tuesday. When we picked it up that Tuesday, Eddie greeted us and told us someone would be over. Anna Lee (spellcheck, I believe that was her name) came over and had my girlfriend sign a couple of remaining forms then she handed her her car manual and car keys and walked us out to the Rogue. She took her time to make sure that my girlfriend understood every button and switch in her car. She even took a selfie with my girlfriend! I don't really care about that stuff but I did notice that her energy made my girl even happier and for that I am grateful.

it ability as one of a few van which could support a larger size mobility scooter. thus, it enabled a lift placed into the van to use automatically instead of manually. The gas milage is better than listed. Price after looking at various dealers, was affordble.

This 2013 vehicle has the best interior of the vans I have owned. I bought this van in 2014 and have not had any major problems. I would say that the road noise is terrible. The tires that came with the van are not quiet enough. I tried to change to a different tire but the noise is still loud. The gas range is a little better than most vans.
