First time taking my Nissan in for oil change. Needed a replacement part on soft trim and was able to get this done at the same time without needing to make another appt. Cory, who was my contact person was very helpful.
We went to Smart Honda after doing research on the right vehicle for our needs. We decided on the Honda Pilot, but were unsure on what trim level to choose. Our salesperson, Syerra Niday, was great to work with. She helped to explain the differences, and did not try to sway our decision to the higher priced model; rather helped us to explore the differences to make the right choice. Although she is a new salesperson she worked hard to get all the info we needed. We're very satisfied with our purchase and very happy to have worked with Syerra.
When you reply to a car search request for more photos it behoves you too include the vehicle and the dealership identifiers in your email, before demanding identirying info from buyers. This dealer accomplished that miniimum standard. Sadly, across the board dealers are so bad at this that carmax gets 4 stars.
My experience at Adel Chrysler was the best I've had with car dealerThey were patient with me, not push. They worked with me to get a good price and extra. Ben and Myles made me feel so welcome and worked hard to get me what I wanted. Steve made sure I understood the paperwork and made the process enjoyable. I’ve taken my Nissans to Hummels for 10+ years and the service has been great. Tom has always been a great help with any car issues I might have. I’ve never felt like they were trying to fix something that isn’t necessary.
The sales staff were friendly, the vehicle matched the description, the staff gave us a copy of the vehicle history, and allowed us multiple test drives. I was well satisfied with their service. The vehicle was very clean.
From the moment we walked in we had great service. Brad Baker was the awesome guy we dealt with. He worked with us to see what was right for us and get us into the perfect vehicle. We test drove a Highlander and fell in love. Brad explained different features with us so we knew what we were getting for our money.
We have now purchased two cars from Moss Motors. One for each of my daughters. The one car over 5 years ago and another just last weekend. I have nothing but good things to say about these guys. They are not hard sell and they work with you in anyway that they can. You will NOT be buying a new or certified car. What you will get is a nice newer car probably with a lot of miles on it but still in good shape. I WILL be bringing my business back to them in the future
Brad is very helpful! Such a nice guy! He will do ANYTHING he can to get you what you are looking for! He is willing to go above and beyond(which is an understatement) for his customers and takes very good care of them! HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle! He is not just about making a sale like some, but he is truly passionate about every aspect of your experience! He did everything he could to get my boyfriend and I into EXACTLY what we were looking for in our price range! He originally told us we could pick up the car Thursday or Friday but when he found out my birthday was Tuesday, he made sure he had our vehicle ready to go for us on Tuesday so we could pick it up for my birthday! That was awesome! He even put a big red bow on the hood of the vehicle and rolled out the red carpet for us! Overall was a GREAT experience and HIGHLY recommend him to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!
