After spending the first half of the day having an awful experience with a local dealer, I looked online and I found the specific car I wanted at the Don Franklin dealership. It was an hour and a half away from where we lived. Not wanting to waste the miles or their time, I called to see if they could get me the car at the price I wanted. After 15 minutes total they had met my price point and a statement was being emailed to lock in the price. I was beyond impressed with Jon Berry who helped us with the entire process. He was no nonsense and upfront about everything. We called on the drive there and he had everything ready when we arrived. The entire process there took an hour. We left with the exact car I wanted at an even lower monthly payment then I asked. Very impressed with this dealership and we would drive an hour and a half again for our next one.

it is a very spacious car good for families and very reliable during winter specially it is all wheel drive and it has fuel economy

Extremely reliable and great gas mileage

I use my 2015 Nissan Rogue for rides shares as my job, so I drive around 200 miles per day, 5 days a week. I now have 185,000 miles in 4 years, and guess what’ My Rogue never broke down. It also gets great gas mileage for an SUV. The seats are very comfortable, and my riders always compliment me seating in the back. The seats in the back recline slightly, to give you more comfort. I only have a few minor complaints. They should have put a light in the glove compartment and in the front center, where I plug in to charge my iPhone. You can’t find the insert at night. It also would have been nice if they world have put a USB plug insert for the passengers in the back, where they sit. At least one! One other thing is a get a little hesitation sometimes when I lightly step on the gas. This started happening after 2 years, but as soon as I start using 89 or 91 gas, I don’t get that hesitation. High quality gas makes a difference.

Now at 61,500 miles, I have only recently replaced the original tires. Otherwise, I have only done the standard oil changes and tire rotation every 5,000 miles.
Start's up every time, comfortable seating for 5, nice interior design, great on gas - averaging 29 MPG combined (city/highway), decent cargo room, hope to keep the car for a long time!

It is exactly what I wanted, black exterior, black interior, backup camera, all the bells and whistles, and drives so smooth, it had very low miles as well!
I had a great experience at Strong Auto with purchasing my first vehicle. Matt was extremely helpful and understanding throughout the entire process and Kris helped make sure that I stayed within my price range. Overall, it was a great and stress free experience

I love the car just a problem with the sun roof that still needs to be fixed and I am still waiting . Can’t wait for it to be fixed so I can fully enjoy the ride
I was searching for a pre-owned Jeep Wrangler and I did some searching on Auto Trader and happen to see a Jeep at Strong Auto that perked my interest. I received a text message from Big Al and he invited me out to take a test drive with him. I asked Al if he had any other jeeps on site and if he would send me pictures. With in a few minutes he sent a handful of pictures and one being the jeep that I ended up purchasing. Al was extremely personable and friendly. He join my girlfriend and mine test drive. He had a route already laid out so I could test the suspension and speed of the vehicle. He was honest as the day was long. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be shopping here again for any future vehicles.
Earlier I posted a negative review for the Don Franklin Mitsubishi dealership over some issues that may have been small compared to other reviews. But my expectations were high in regards to what others had said, and small things can add up to big things in my humble opinion.
However, executive management at the dealership did reach out to me expressing interest in resolving the issues. That, in and of itself, speaks volumes and raised my over-all respect for the Don Franklin Family of Dealerships, and which resulted in an amiable solution to my frustrations. It does not negate the fact that it had to go to upper management to be resolved, but it does show their intent for customer relations to improve; and they have bent over backwards to bring resolution to the issues.
Trust is important! And without hesitation, I can now give my recommendation that you can indeed trust this dealership to satisfy your needs in purchasing and maintaining a vehicle! Missteps were made in my case, but they were taken care of. Thank you George Monticello for your patience and understanding.
Great Experience by far. Kris-Finance Director helped my son get a 3% less interest rate on a car loan than the original loan we were going to use. Alex-Salesman listened to our wants and needs and we were in an out in no time. Strong Auto will be the place I buy my next vehicle in a few months!
Jarred was the person I worked with the longest. He was very friendly, courteous, helpful and professional. He worked hard to try to get me the best deal that stayed within my budget. He and JP stayed almost an hour past closing, because of an issue with my insurance, to get the deal through. Jarred personally. delivered the car to my home the next day and has followed up a couple of times since then to make sure everything was working okay and to see how I liked the car. He seemed very genuine and sincere unlike other sales people I've dealt with in the past. JP and Chelsy were also very professional, courteous and helpful. However, I spent very little time with them Jarred and JP gave me lots of advice related to the vehicle as well as financial advice for the future. All in all, I am very satisfied with the great service I experienced. The car drives like a dream too. I will definitely refer family and friends if I learn they are in the market for a new vehicle.
