highly recommend taking a look at any car that Westchester Auto Exchange has in inventory. You will find only quality cars at reasonable prices. No junk cars from the auctions on this lot. I went, I looked, made a deal and bought the car. Jay made the process extremely easy, taking care of the taxes and DMV paperwork. He stayed in touch throughout and even handled my special requests gracefully. His ads are right on, with honest pictures and accurate descriptions. Certainly give WAE a look. When you do, there's really good chance you'll find your next ride there.

Bought it brand new from the dealership.
Now at 61,500 miles, I have only recently replaced the original tires. Otherwise, I have only done the standard oil changes and tire rotation every 5,000 miles.
Start's up every time, comfortable seating for 5, nice interior design, great on gas - averaging 29 MPG combined (city/highway), decent cargo room, hope to keep the car for a long time!
Meet the sales person-polite,courteous, respectful-Imade my intentions clear on the reason for my visit. No pressure to buy right then and there. Was seen right away, and within a few minutes, went for a test drive. Salesman experienced and knowledgeable about the car. Gave me a copy of a hand written price, which I told him I would look over and possibly consider. Policy is to meet the manager, who I found to be pleasant, polite, and respectful; no pressure to buy the car. More managers could learn from him. If I do purchase this vehicle, I'll update my review on my total experience. At this time, things have gone well.
Nissan City has fully lived up to its advertising claims – and the claims are far from modest. I’ve gotten two new cars from them over the years. I’ve either dealt directly with or met a number of their staff. They are honest, professional, and down to earth. There is no pressure to buy and purchasing is a straight forward and a pleasant experience. They don’t play games with numbers or your head. Their only trickery is to create a return customer out of you. The service department, particularly Service Adviser John, could not be more personable, knowledgeable, or conscientious. He treats you like you drive a Rolls, and the mechanics are the best. Steven Vazquez, now in charge of used vehicles, sold me my first new car and earned my respect for his honesty and integrity. Jonathan Morales assisted me in my most recent purchase of a new car and did a fantastic job. Kudos to management. Quality does not come easily.

it is a very spacious car good for families and very reliable during winter specially it is all wheel drive and it has fuel economy
Shawn Hutton was my salesman. He took my daughter and I out for a test drive immediately. He gave us all the details of the Nissan Rogue S we were interested in. He even educated us on what a certified vehicle was and all the perks of getting one.
I felt like I was in good hands and although I didn't get the car I will surely return for he was kind and I feel he had my best interested at hand. I have referred friends and family to him.

I just got this model, but I love it. So much space!! It’s comfortable for everyone. It just fits my life. It really is an amazing car and you can not beat the price. I would recommend this car!
I went to Nissan City with a specific car/model that I was interested in! They happened to have it on the lot and I took it for a "test drive"! My car salesperson, Shawn Hutton, went "beyond the call of duty"! We went over the financial paperwork, etc. and long story short, I went back the following Saturday to pick up my new 2018 Nissan Rogue SL! Shawn spent almost two hours going over everything in the car and would not let me leave without me feeling comfortable! He is an exceptional salesperson and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Nissan! I have had my car for a short time now and I love everything about it. Most importantly, if I have any questions about the car, I know I can contact Shawn with any questions I might have...he is an asset to Nissan City in Port Chester, NY!

This car is very efficient and reliable with great gas miles he all the time regardless of which mode you drive in quality miles expected and doesn’t disappoint!!
Mae is the absolute best there is. Period. If you are looking for a new or used Nissan in Northern Jersey i'm sure you will be tempted to shop around at all the other local dealers in the area...but do yourself a favor. Save yourself and your family the headache, the hassle, and the time and go to Ramsey Nissan where they are actually willing to make deals happen...and no one does it better then Mae. She isn't just there to sell you a car. She actually cares about why, what the circumstances are, and which one of your needs need to be fulfilled. All the makings of an amazing saleswoman. New Altima...Check. New Rogue...Check. And now a brand new Murano. We can't thank her enough!
My salesperson was a young man named Owen Wang. Owen was professional, knowledgeable and polite. He always returned my calls or texts promptly. Owen answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns. When he went over the vehicle, he covered everything from bumper to bumper in great detail! I was very pleased with him and my service at the dealership.

very good car with a trunk with large space, easy to drive and all the options of the car are very easy to implement very good gas savings and look great inside and outside!
Donell worked for me to the best of the ability I could ever imagine. He was patient and very knowledgeable. Bruce the Finance Director was the best as well getting me approved for my new car. Didn???t see it coming but these guys made it happen. Shot out to the General Manager Wayne for his take as well, awesome!!!

I use my 2015 Nissan Rogue for rides shares as my job, so I drive around 200 miles per day, 5 days a week. I now have 185,000 miles in 4 years, and guess what’ My Rogue never broke down. It also gets great gas mileage for an SUV. The seats are very comfortable, and my riders always compliment me seating in the back. The seats in the back recline slightly, to give you more comfort. I only have a few minor complaints. They should have put a light in the glove compartment and in the front center, where I plug in to charge my iPhone. You can’t find the insert at night. It also would have been nice if they world have put a USB plug insert for the passengers in the back, where they sit. At least one! One other thing is a get a little hesitation sometimes when I lightly step on the gas. This started happening after 2 years, but as soon as I start using 89 or 91 gas, I don’t get that hesitation. High quality gas makes a difference.
Donell & Marie were helpful during our visit today. We came in for our appointment and they assisted us quickly and professionally. We came in to buy our our lease and donell made sure we didn???t overpay.
Im pretty sure i would have not purchased this vehicle from Nissan New Rochelle. No knock against NNR but my plan was to look at several other car manufactors and a couple other Nissan Dealers to try and gage and get the best vehicle at my price and i think i did that here. Sales man Bryan Quintana is an outstanding person let alone salesman. I admire this young man's hard work and loyailty to his customers, this dealership got my business because of him.
This was my second time visiting Nissan of Hawthorne. The first experience was subpar- but this second visit is what prompted me to write this review.
Many months ago I expressed my interest in purchasing a new car. The reasoning was because I had a bad taste of my previous car-buying experience and wanted to start fresh. I didn't know why I was paying the amount I was paying and I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. I was referred back to the sales department to Bader.
Not only was Bader welcoming and knowledgeable, but he made me feel like I wasn't just another sale. I was a person with an experience he wanted to improve. I gave him my background of my car-buying experience and he ensured me he would do everything he could to get me the best deal.
He was very transparent about the price of the vehicle I was interested in purchasing. He gave me the breakdown of everything. He didn't do anything without me giving him the OK first. This was a huge aspect for me. Before, I felt like I didn't matter. But this time, I was in total control.
Working with Bader was Ahmed. He told me all the specs about the car, answered any and all of my questions, and was super personable from the moment I walked through the door. He listened to all of my awkward rants with a smile on his face. He personalized my experience so much that I felt like I left with a new friend! I could have not asked for a better sales experience with these two individuals. Please-- asked for Ahmed and Bader when you walk through the door. You will NOT regret it!
After that process, I was sent to see the finance guy. Previously, I felt like I was signing my name for hours on end. This time, Enrique made the process SIMPLE and TRANSPARENT. I was in there no longer than 5 minutes.
Overall--the new management at Nissan of Hawthorne blew me away with its kindness, patience, and knowledge. I am so pleased with my purchase that I will continue to go to this dealership for life!
