The salesman was extremely helpful and he answered all of our questions. He was open and honest about the history of the cars we were interested in, and he didn't hesitate to show us the CARFAX. This car came fully equipped and met all my needs, especially when it came to the pump. There’s not many SUVs that are kind to the pocket, so happy to keeping more of my hard earned cash. On cold days the heated seats and heated mirrors are a big help. The AWD makes it easy to drive in the snow or any unexpected weather. After repeated problems with the " check engine light" the dealership went to bat for me recognizing that though my BMW X5 was a 2010 model with low mileage the problem with the anti-pollution system triggering the light should not be occurring and got BMW to authorize the replacement of a substantial portion of the system gratis and without my insistence.

I went into Steve White Audi because I was looking at one of their used cars. But that isn't the way they treated me. They have cars in the showroom that sell for $150,000. Based on how they treated me I felt like I was there to pay cash for it. They were super friendly and not pushy at all. They treated me with respect and with courtesy from the time I walked in the door until I left. They let me take home the used car I was looking at buying. Although I wasn't sold on that car I was sold on Steve White and the sales person, Rey. I am still in the market and I am waiting on a car to come in to Steve White that matches what I am looking for. They are that good. I will put off purchasing just so I can buy a car there.

I switched from a Toyota Rav 4 to a Nissan Rogue and am happy about it. The Rogue is a better car. It drives like a sports car yet is comfortable on the inside. It came with navigation at no extra cost, unlike Toyota which charges extra for something as simple as navigation. It feels like a reliable car with good gas mileage. And it's much more attractive than the RAV 4.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I’ve always wanted a Rogue and it is everything I’ve expected. It’s perfect for our family of four! We have enough room to fit the five of us comfortably. The air and heat vents in the back are great not everyone can agree the the temp in the car. The back up camera is great, you can see all around the vehicle. The seats losing down in the back give you so much room for extra loading! Love this car!

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. Corey Davis and Charlie Beech provided one of the smoothest car buying experiences I've had. Corey took the time to listen to what was most important to me in trading a 2014 Rogue for a 2016 Rogue. We then walked the lot until we found the car he thought would best meet my needs plus some desires. After a short test drive we went to his office and he put together the economics I needed to justify a trade. There was no pressure on me to do anything than what was in my best interest. I felt I could walk away anytime I didn't think the deal made sense. After all I had a perfectly good 2014 Rogue getting it's oil change. Big fan of Rogue. Later, I met with Charlie Beech (I hope I've spelled his name right) in finance. After giving the usual options I explained my rather unique needs for a service plan that made sense. He then applied a little creativity and I was satisfied by the proposal and signed the papers. It was after dark but Corey and I removed the belongings from my former 2014 and put them into my new 2016. He then, patiently and thoroughly went through the "gadgets". Again, I did not feel rushed. After we set up my iPhone 7 we concluded the instruction experience and I drove home a very happy customer.

This car was everything I was looking for. Good gas mileage, plenty of room, sleek look. I've only had it a few days, but I love it! Good pick up, handles well, and easy to convert backseats for hauling. I read some complaints about the car vibrating, which was concerning. It does have a slight vibration, but mine is not like some people said. I have only noticed it a couple times at a stop. Not a bog deal to me given all the other great things about the car.

I had done a lot of research but was nowhere near the point of pulling the trigger. I went over on a Sunday afternoon to complain about a high internet offer and to get a lower number to use at another dealership where I had done considerable prior purchasing (five new Nissans in 12 years). It appeared to be a slow day and was nearing the end of the month. I made my point to Nick re the high internet offer and how it compared poorly with the other dealership. I was absolutely shocked by the new offer and managed to negotiate a bit more. I took the deal and have had no remorse. We did the paperwork and took delivery the next day. I have never before completed the paperwork so quickly--probably 10-15 minutes, and there was absolutely no offer of any add-ons (mop & glo, etc.). They had the vehicle I wanted (color, engine, transmission, equipment, etc. & nothing that I did not want). It's been two weeks and nothing has changed my mind. I offer my thanks to Nick Craig and Trey Pittman and to the Sunday manager whose name I did not get.

We are a family that has trusted on Honda cars since 1978! I went to Dick Brooks Honda to service my Honda Civic like normal. With a baby on the way, we were planning to buy a bigger car this summer. While my car was being serviced, I was checking out what they had and got talking with Chris DeWitt and Steve Rhoades about a brand new 2016 Honda Odyssey Soeacial Edition. For planning purposes we worked out some numbers. I took the numbers home to go over. Chris gave us zero pressure and was patient as I called and stopped by multiple times to talk. His approach to us was whatever was in the best interest for us. If we wanted to wait, then that was fine. Anyways, they gave us an amazing deal from price, trade-in, and financing. They gave us (in the voice of the God Father) "I am going to make them an offer they can't refuse". So we took it on a overnight test drive. We loved it and bought it. This Rogue SL has all the extras I could want! The seats are the most comfortable I have ever had in a vehicle. The gas mileage is good for an SUV and I love the heated mirrors and leather heated seats!

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

This vehicle is great for my small family. There are so many great features for backup camera, hands free Bluetooth, a panoramic moon roof, and all the storage options. Bought this car from West Herr Nissan in Williamsville, NY right before the holiday. Great in the lake effect weather of northern PA. I would recommend this car to anyone!
