I've been coming here for years and this is my first time remembering a survey, so this is general!
The people are frank and realistic when they talk to you about your car. They're able to explain what's wrong with it or what it needs, but I never feel "scared" or forced into anything. They tell me why things are important, even if it's obvious stuff, and clearly think about the customer. Example:
During this oil change they let me know I need new tires, and desperately need a realignment. I wasn't able to do it that day because I was already behind schedule for holiday travel, and they said that was fine, but to make SURE I get an alignment BEFORE I get new tires, otherwise I'll just be destroying the tires. It's obvious and something I already knew... But my mom wouldn't have. It's small things like that- every experience I've had at this place has been equally great. I asked if I'd be fine to drive to Duluth and back and they assured me it'd be fine, and told me I can schedule the realignment online and talk tires then.
They do good work, and have caught mistakes other places have missed. I had a problem with my brakes a few years back, and a place in New Hampshire told me it was fine. I get back to town and am told it WASN'T. Two different places looked at my car and didn't find what Nissan found. And it fixed all the symptoms!
And they do small things, like once one of my tire's air valves was broken, so I couldn't inflate it. They were able to just replace that one small part during an oil change. They could have charged like $3 for it i found later on Google, but didn't bother. Small little things like that REALLY give a person confidence this place is, well trustworthy. It sounds cliche I guess, but I really have been impressed by this shop.
And of course when I get the chance for real maintenance, not just loss leaders or something, I come here if humanly possible. Peace of mind for good prices, it's hard to beat.
