I purchased a new RAM 1500 on Oct 13th and it was one of the easiest and best buying experiences I have had. Tyler gave a great introduction to the truck and explained all the features. He knew the truck very well which is not always the case. We took a test drive and discussed a price. My wife and I then left to discuss it, we decided to pull the trigger. Tyler did most of the paperwork over the phone to reduce time at the dealership. When we arrived the truck was detailed and we only spent about an hour finishing things up with Tyler and with financing (sorry very nice guy but his name escapes me). I feel I got a fair deal and the entire experience was refreshing. How they stand behind the purchase is yet to be seen but I will let you know.
Fantastic car buying experience. Great and quick responses. Answered all by varying questions. Very easy to work with. I was able to negotiate and agree on parameters of a deal via email/text, thank you Adam! I live in Northern Ca and they by far had the most competitive pricing I could find on a CPO Infinti in all of CA. They were even able to overnight the documents for me and arranged to ship the vehicle to me, which eliminated the inconvenience of me traveling down to purchase and pick-up the vehicle.
I have bad credit but Mike was able to get me approved. Very helpful guy made it all quick and simple. My credit is going up now thanks to Mike getting it done! Will be purchasing my wife a car from him very soon. Recommend to anyone in need of a vehicle.

I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price.

I went to Worthington of LB because they gave me a chance at a car when no one else wanted to. I was right to go there. I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have.
I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car.

Very helpful. Came over from Orange Coast Nissan since they were trying to change what they had originally offered. Surf City did not do that and helped me get a good deal on my car. Patient and great customer service

I highly recommend coming to this dealership and the service center at Imperio Nissan. My father bought his Nissan Frontier from here and I take my 2014 Nissan Altima to get serviced here. I have never had a problem and it’s always nice waiting for my car, while watching Tv. The service manager that always helps me is really nice and friendly and he always goes out of his way to explain what my car needs.
Excellent costumer service as always, offering you coffee, water, saying thanks for buying in Stadium Nissan, this is my second time and the experience always has been great THANK YOU FERNANDO BALDERAS!
