Very, very good car for the money. Very reliable. Handles well especially in the snow. Good on gas. Would like a slightly bigger gas tank but that is not a big deal.

Two things I hate most is shopping for a new car and phone. Coastal Nissan made the car shopping very pleasant. Lance and Tommy, took the time to go over the car I was purchasing in great detail. Sean in financial was efficient, friendly and helpful. George in the service department was also very friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic team.
I will definitely go back to Coastal when we need a new car. I love my 2017 Rogue.
poor design wheels causes excessive vibration

not too bad a car but the wheels accumulate gravel and snow and then are out of balance and vibrate extremely bad.dealership suggested I wash wheels more often!!!!!
Kyle is an absolute magician. I came into the dealership to browse and compare some pricing. Was not expecting to buy but I was open to the inventory. With my credit, I thought I???d be lucky to leave in a pair of new rollerblades. Kyle was amazing, found an option and vehicle that would work for me. After a short wait, I left with the car that same day!! Unreal, saying I???m pleased would be an understatement. Good inventory, great pricing, better service. Talk to Kyle, or go home.
Great For First Time Famy

This vehicle is great for my small family. There are so many great features for backup camera, hands free Bluetooth, a panoramic moon roof, and all the storage options. Bought this car from West Herr Nissan in Williamsville, NY right before the holiday. Great in the lake effect weather of northern PA. I would recommend this car to anyone!
My third vehicle purchased through Bourne's. Although this purchase I will never forget. Spent most of the day at the dealership. I worked with Greg P, who did an amazing job getting me on the road with the right car for me. He was extremely patient and had great customer service skills. However, on my way home I was, unfortunately , sandwiched by two cars in my brand new Jeep. I was extremely disappointed, but glad that I was doing okay. My Jeep had extensive damage to the front and rear of the vehicle. Long story short, I was working with Greg P., Mike Kelley (GM) and Matt Aiello (Collision Center) throughout this whole progress from the very beginning to final outcome. Bourne's stepped up right away and was able to get me a rental car in no-time. I am glad to say that I will be picking up my jeep (again) this week!! Thank you for the great customer service and respect. Well done to the whole TEAM at Bourne's!!!!

Just the right size. Has every fun feature I wanted. Easy to drive Has lots of room for transporting things. Seats very comfortable

Overall everything went pretty smoothly. The price was in fair market range, which was a relief to not have to worry about haggling. I asked to have the dealership decal removed before pickup, which was not done. However, Greg brought it down to the shop and had it taken care of immediately once I pointed it out. They were extremely helpful by holding my car until after I returned from a week of travel (purchase completed beforehand, of course), which saved me a lot of potential headache before my trip. I marked 1-star off for friendliness because, on all 3 occasions I was at the dealership, there was unprofessional (either personal or internal business) discussions at the front desk. Nothing obscene, just not something I need to hear. If you need to reprimand an employee, don't do it with a queue of customers in front of them. As far as the car, everything seems to be in good working order. I have not put too many miles on it yet, but I anticipate it continuing to be a good purchase.
Battles Nissan gave me terrific, timely, and personal family style service to test drive then buy the vehicle I needed. Hospitality and location is great, near the Cape Cod Bourne rotary just over the bridge. The staff worked well as a team, too, so that if one did not know certain information, they found other employees on site who could answer the question. Just like family. Thank you, Battles! Excellent deal on Toyota hybrid - more competitive than other nearby dealers with similar makes and models. Friendly, personable, efficient staff. We drive off the lot a few hours after buying the car.

As an owner of several Nissan models, I highly recommend this brand for anyone who is interested in buying a car or SUV. They have proven to be dependable and virtually trouble free. I've owned Altima (3 in fact) Maxima and Rouge and never had any problems with them.

I’ve always wanted a Rogue and it is everything I’ve expected. It’s perfect for our family of four! We have enough room to fit the five of us comfortably. The air and heat vents in the back are great not everyone can agree the the temp in the car. The back up camera is great, you can see all around the vehicle. The seats losing down in the back give you so much room for extra loading! Love this car!
We recently purchased a used Mazda CX5 at Mazda Gallery. Our sales person, Joe D, made the whole process simple. There was no pressure, but he was there to answer every question and to expedite the paperwork process. I feel we got a great car, a good deal and a few laughs thanks to Joe.

The Rogue is a nice car. Not thrilled with the interior lighting and the headlights. Not overly roomy for bigger people. The button for the gas is too far to reach.
