Had a great experience getting our new Toyota here. Everyone was friendly and the entire process from start to finish was fast (which has been on my greatest frustrations during previous car purchases). I love my new Highlander, it was exactly the car I had researched and wanted for months only finally deciding to pull the trigger after taking to Molly over email. Will definitely be back and tell others.
Loved the quality of the vehicle I purchased and all my accommodations were met. My experience with Roland as my salesman was refreshing given his ability to understand what I needed and made me feel comfortable throughout the process.
Ended up not buying the car, but only because my son didn't like the color.
Pleased with seller that let us go test drive on highway and offered us to have car inspected at our mechanic.
I will be coming back here in the future for sure.
This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Suburban Nissan. In both cases we traded in our vehicles and were given fair trade in values. The whole process from start to finish we were treated wonderfully. Our salesperson Josh Bianco was very helpful and listened carefully to my requests and provided me with exactly what I was looking for. You can???t ask for more than that. He kept the ball rolling all the way through the process and when it came time to finalize the deal the finance manager was great and had everything well organized so it only took a very short amount of time and I was on my way with my new car. The lease on my 2015 C-Max ended and I needed to lease another vehicle. Unfortunately, Ford has discontinued the C-Max, which I loved, so I selected an Escape. Love the care and the dealership and sales person were outstanding. I had been using the dealership for service on the C-Max because it's less than a mile from where I work. They have been excellent as s service option so I figured I should buy my next vehicle from them. Everything worked out perfectly.
I was able to get an oil change from Matick Chevrolet but they couldn't rotate my tires due to the attendants not being able to get one of the lug nuts off one of the tires. For a tire rotation, I will never come back to Matick again. Everything else was OK.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. Carvana has made it an enjoyable experience and it can be done from the luxury of your Home. Thanks Carvana.
Wonderful experience working with SC John Ashcraft, he was so through, and cared greatly right to the end to do all that would make me a satisfied customer. I felt he was there for me every step in getting EXACTLY what I wanted and what would delight me in my day to day experience both with the car and car buying experience. I felt utterly comfortable and had several requests that were all met and carried out thanks also to Mike the SM and Don S. in finance. This is my 5th car bought from this dealership and I will be at Tamaroff for another, as they NEVER disappoint ! They really are different from most in the way that they take the time, make the effort to both fit and fulfill your needs. Wasn't looking forward to buying a new car from previous experiences I have had. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with Jeffrey Kia. Extremely professional staff and up front on everything. It was my first time buying a car and overall, the experience was great! I wanted a specific car model and the dealer was so friendly and informative. If I ever need another car in the future, I know who to go to!
I had an appt. I arrived early, but it took a longgggg time. Jason and mike in service were awesome, very attentive. And helpful. My car was very dirty in back when I left, I thought they wash it with service?
Sales person Amir was awesome! He replied every e-mail very quickly and accurately. The day before pick up new vehicle, he called me that he found little scratch on its body. He offered another car that is the same color and model but has extra accessories. I appreciate he checked all before signed up contract.
On the day of pick up the vehicle, manager Jeffery, strongly recommended their service packages, tire change service, maintenance service, and others. Those packaged would raise amount of monthly payment a lot. I think it is good idea to mention those extra packages when we discussed payment plan.
I have always been pleased with the service at Tamaroff Honda. I wish the wait wasn't that long but I did not have a appointment and was getting a 60,000 mile checkup. I did go to the website to try to set up the appointment but it would not go thru. I wish the appointment set up was a little more user friendly.
Great service, good salesman and manager made the process go smooth.
