Relationahips still matter at Highland Toyota!

We bought our 2007 Camry in June 2006. Jane drove it for her work until January 2013, when she bought a Highlander for work and I took over the Camry with 344,222 miles on it. The Highlander is now approaching 200,000 and the Camry approaching 400,000. Highland Toyota has done almost all of the maintenance and repair work on both vehicles. So, we have had lots of opportunity to work with you since 2006. Personal interaction/relationships has been what makes us most comfortable and satisfied. You have always recognized the high mileage driver and done well at accommodating the difficulty in taking the driver off the road for service.
Currently, the personal interaction with SA, Joe E. Good f/u as Tech evaluation progresses. Responsive to changes requested. Pricing fair. Always good at outlining our options, when asked. Loaner vehicle when appropriate. Fixed problems and completed maintenance needed. Allowed access to Tech to address questions. Tech, Derek, is professional and personable. Love that he is ex-military.
When SA was unavailable the other SA's, Roger and Randy, were very willing and able to step in. Love the Service Reminder email. Prefer the phone for discussion of service findings but like the VM and Txt Msg contacts to get voice to voice contact established.
