Coastal Nissan has Express Service and it is perfect. I brought my car there for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday and I was in and out of there in under half an hour. Best thing about it was it didn't lack any quality that Nissan is known for. Tony checked me in, I got a cup of coffee and before I could finish it he was going over my multi point sheet. If you don't take your car here for Service already, it's a must try!!!

This car was everything I was looking for. Good gas mileage, plenty of room, sleek look. I've only had it a few days, but I love it! Good pick up, handles well, and easy to convert backseats for hauling. I read some complaints about the car vibrating, which was concerning. It does have a slight vibration, but mine is not like some people said. I have only noticed it a couple times at a stop. Not a bog deal to me given all the other great things about the car.

Purchase: October 2018 Working with Scott Sokoloff at Infinity was easy from the first test drive to the final signing of the my 2018 pre-owned certified Infiniti Q50. Scott gave me necessary information on the features of the cars that I was interested in and then informed me when a pre-owned certified car that matched my preferences became available. Previously I had gone to Infiniti of Westwood and I did not feel that my experience there was anywhere close to the service that I received in Nashua. The negotiating and buying process at Albrechtauto Infiniti of Nashua, NH was streamlined and took one week to finalize everything. The negotiating was conducted mainly through email and was completed with my hundred percent satisfaction including high trade-in value of my 2009 Toyota Corolla. When I came back in to the dealership to close the sale, Infiniti staff seamlessly completed the financial portion, final car check. As a MA resident this dealership knew exactly how to acquire a MA title and registration without me putting in extra time and effort. Even after the sale was completed, Scott made sure that I was completely satisfied by checking in weeks later and by immediately answering a couple final questions that I had. I was absolutely blown away with the level of professionalism and attention to detail by everyone whom I encountered at Infiniti of Hanover. From my autotrader search, through test drives, purchasing, and eventual delivery of the car, the overall experience was everything you would hope for walking in as the buyer. My sales specialist Erik(Thompson) was hands down one of best guys I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I really enjoyed how down to earth he was. The guy was just upfront, honest, and relatable . Something inparticular that stood out to me,(unrelated to cars) was that on our test drive I had mentioned I was coming from a sedan to a SUV because my two kids were getting older and had just started hockey and we needed more space. It was passing conversation, on a test drive where we had only met each other for maybe 15 minutes. To make a long story short, we bought the car and came to pick it up a few days later. Erik had gotten us these two little glow in the dark hockey pucks for the kids because he remembered from our FIRST TEST DRIVE I mentioned my kids are starting to play hockey.... I was amazed. I felt like I wanted to buy the guy a beer and see what he was doing for the games on Sunday. Any questions I had or even question I didn't have , Erik was there to make sure I got the information I needed and was 100% when it came to satisfaction from start to finish. I would highly recommend ! We ended up buying a QX60, and when it came to for pricing and numbers, C.J. (White)(Manager*) was honest and transparent through the entire process. Everything was just super smooth from start to finish. He did a really exceptional job of breaking down the price and explaining the benefits of a "certified" vehicle. To be honest, it was partly really easy because the car was priced at such a good deal to start with ! When my wife and I came back for finance later that night, we had our two young boys with us. CJ took the time to come over to the playroom and hang out with us for a bit and introduce himself to the kids. He showed us where we could find the remote (for the tv) and some comfort items. He also introduced us to Joe in service and explained some of the basics on how the service area works. Throughout our walk around everyone we passed said hello and smiled. It was pretty cool, I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the building and vibe of the staff. When we met Will (finance) , he came over to us, introduced himself, and escorted us back to the office letting us enter the room first. This guy was VERY Professional, and made choosing the right financing options a breeze. When it came to extended warranties, he didn't just fast talk through it and care less or not if I bought one. He took the time to make sure I understood what it was that was being offered, the cost up front, and the cost broken down into terms. By the time it came time to decide IF I wanted one , I had a great idea on what packages were right for me . We picked up the car the next day in the sun because that night prior was rain. It came out BEAUTIFUL ! Couldn't be happier, my wife was literally in tears she was so happy. Like Im talking White Glove detail job . The car looked amazing inside and out, and I would recommend these guys and this dealership to my friends, family, and anyone else looking for a great deal on a good car. Will be coming here again ! Thanks again !

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

Buying through Carvana was one of the best transactional experiences ever! I shopped for several months, test drove several cars to understand the models and features I was looking for. Then, boom, the car that matched come up in my search and I pulled the trigger. Within minutes, I had a value on my trade-in, purchased the car, (to include a very well priced extended warranty), and arranged for financing it through the Carvana website. And, while that was a very easy, non pressure experience, what made it really special was the delivery. Rachel, the Caravan rep, called me the day before the delivery to confirm, then called while in route to be sure not to leave me hanging. She was right on time, professional, and extremely upbeat. I had a genuine feeling that her priority was not only to deliver the car and pick up my trade in, but it was to make the final part of my experience a pleasure as well. Rachel was extremely knowledgeable of the process and did an excellent job of assuring I was informed of the "7 day, no questions asked, test drive" as well as the final paperwork to be processed. A few signatures and the trade-in was her's and the keys to 2014 BMW 535 were in my hands.

Look no further if you are seeking a luxury car at a great price with absolutely ZERO pressure....Auto Mall Collection is the only place to go! In the past, I have purchased cars exclusively at auctions and stayed clear of dealerships. I saw the luxury cars on the the lot of Auto Mall Collection and thought I would take a chance....what a great decision! I walked into Auto Mall Collection and was greeted by Joel. I told him I was looking for a BMW 535xi that was a few years old, low mileage (35-40 miles), one owner, and no accidents. Joel stated they did not have that car out on the lot in Peabody, however, he brought me over to speak with John, the Manager, and John went online to see if their Dedham, MA location had a car that met my requirements. John informed me they had a car in Dedham (2013 BMW535xi 36,000 miles and one year left on the BMW Manufacturer's Warranty) and they would be glad to bring it up to Peabody for me to test drive the car. I test drove it with Joel and the car ran beautifully, however, I noticed the front rotors and pads needed to be replaced. Without hesitation, Joel said we will replace those for you. I moved forward with purchasing the car and then brought the car to my mechanic to have him check out the car. He gave me the thumbs up on the car and congratulated me on purchasing a great car. Joel is the ultimate professional; knowledgeable, friendly, straight forward, not pushy at all and great on follow-through. He is very thorough and kept me apprised throughout the process (while new rotors and brake pads were being installed, they obtained new plates, registration etc.). The process did not feel like a process at all as things could not have gone more smoothly. I highly recommend AutoMall Collections in Peabody as the only place to go to purchase a luxury car.

Out of the blue I was contacted by a woman from Carvana on a Sunday when I actually had time to communicate. She and all of the subsequent reps who sent me information as I needed or requested it were professional and thorough. I was able to research the company online and was impressed with the entire concept of online selling and car buying and the ease with which I was able to find background information. Once I agreed to the offer I was taken step by step through the process. I was not confused even once by the process. I had nothing to do but gather my documents, upload them and then schedule a date for my car to be picked up and for me to be paid. The local rep. From Carvana came to my home exactly at the agreed upon time, was clear about what was going to happen, worked quickly and answered my questions. Once the papers were signed (I did not need to go to the DMV or AAA or to a notary) I received my check and my car was loaded on the one car hauler and driven away. I deposited the check that day and funds were available the very next day (which happened to be a Sunday). If I were not really strapped for time perhaps I could have made an extra $ 500-1000 overall by selling it to an individual but I would have worked very hard for that extra money and spent time I did not have available. Instead, I was not stressed by the extra work, my other responsibilities were able to be met and my car is off and becoming someone else???s beautiful Subaru. I am a college student here in the area. I switched from a Toyota Rav 4 to a Nissan Rogue and am happy about it. The Rogue is a better car. It drives like a sports car yet is comfortable on the inside. It came with navigation at no extra cost, unlike Toyota which charges extra for something as simple as navigation. It feels like a reliable car with good gas mileage. And it's much more attractive than the RAV 4.

I’ve always wanted a Rogue and it is everything I’ve expected. It’s perfect for our family of four! We have enough room to fit the five of us comfortably. The air and heat vents in the back are great not everyone can agree the the temp in the car. The back up camera is great, you can see all around the vehicle. The seats losing down in the back give you so much room for extra loading! Love this car!

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

I purchased a car in Aug 2018, there was a delay with the delivery. No big deal they called me and offered me an Uber being the next day I didn't have a ride there. I didn't like it and it was returned it with no issues. 3 weeks later i ordered another car. I love the ease of ordering online and the description of the car isn't too far off. I received my second car and it had a small dirt area on the back. I made a joke about it with the delivery driver and he made a call and they gave me a detail on them. Then as I was going through the settings of the vehicle I noticed one of the the items they listed as a perk wasn't actually in the car. I called carvana and they admitted to their mistake and accommodated me with what they were able to offer. I have never been to a dealer that will admit their mistake and then try to assist you to make things at ease for you. If i am in the market again I will definitely come here. I would recommend them. Their customer service is great and even the warranty/claims area. I took the car to the dealer to get it looked over and when they found an item they called Carvana and it was taken care of without an issue. This was a hassle free buy. Thank you Carvana I do not remember my delivery driver name but he was the best. Thank you Michelle Benitez for all the great help and customer service you gave me. Not once did I feel like I was getting attitude from her because I was complaining about a misprint. Thank you for taking my concerns serious. JJ (Texas)

I completely enjoyed my car buying experience with Carvana! The online process was so simple. After selecting the vehicle I wanted to purchase, it was just a matter of uploading a few documents and I had an offer on my trade-in and financing approval within minutes. I picked up my car at their Nashville location a couple of days later and it was delivered spotless and in like-new condition. The entire pick-up experience took less than an hour and that's including a 20 minute test drive. No hassles, no sales pitch and no pressure. I wish I could remember the name of the customer advocate in Nashville (I think it was AJ-but I'm not 100% sure about that) because he was excellent and deserves a shout-out in this review. The only extremely slight negative was that the 360 website tour of the vehicle that I purchased incorrectly showed heated seats as one of the features but the car does not have heated seats. Wasn't a deal breaker for me as the car was a great value for the features that it did have and it was otherwise exactly as advertised. Loving my nearly new car and would definitely buy from Carvana again!

This vehicle is great for my small family. There are so many great features for backup camera, hands free Bluetooth, a panoramic moon roof, and all the storage options. Bought this car from West Herr Nissan in Williamsville, NY right before the holiday. Great in the lake effect weather of northern PA. I would recommend this car to anyone!
