Vince , Israel and the rest of the staff are fantastic to work with! Our company van was well past its prime and needed replacement. We have purchased 43 vehicles over the years and we have never been disappointed!!! Vince, never stocks any junk vehicles and they are always the cream of the crop for used autos. You would be stupid to buy from any other dealer!
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
A very pleasant and positive experience with the vroom team. We found a car we liked and it was about to ship when they did the final inspection which they found an issue with the engine. At that point they called and let me know. We picked out another vehicle went through the process of signing everything with that one and went through final inspection. Within signing for the second vehicle and having it at our house was 7 days. Everyone on the team was very responsive and quick to answer any phone calls or emais. Overall very happy and will consider vroom again in the future. One thing that would have been better was if they did the inspection before the vehicles are on the site or before the paperwork is sent out just so it doesn???t waste as much time if the vehicle doesn???t pass inspection.

Recently purchased a 2019 Kona. Am driving it for a week now. Excellent vehicle. Looks nice, Gets great gas mileage and fits our budget. Bronson Barlow was outstanding to work with, knowledgeable and polite. Crunched numbers with us and Answered all our questions no matter how many times or how many ways we asked. Ultimately Helped us find a vehicle that suits our needs and fits our budget. Great guy to work with. Thank you. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car.
This 5 stars in for one employee in particular. Tim Gardner in the service dept. My little story... I had recently purchased my vehicle on April 1 & had to return it on April 4th due to the speakers, window and a little idle. It was now 4/16/2018 and my car was still not finished because the speakers were missing a part that need to come from Korea, they told me my car would be finished no later than Monday and that was a promise...So long story short everyone I spoke with said they would call me back and help me figure this out and no one did, they called with the same info about waiting for a part but no new news. Thankfully I called in 4/17/18 to check on my vehicle on when the part will be in and Tim (which was my first time speaking with i'm through these couple of weeks.) and he said the part was scheduled to arrive on 4/24/18 I was furious. Here I am driving loaner cars and not even able to enjoy my new car for a whole month. He listened to me and quickly went into action and said I am going to help you, we are going to fix this. Literally in 2 hours he called back said that they can get my car to a certain place and they can do it if I agree and also offered me a couple of other things and said I will get your car to you by today or tomorrow after he explained this to a manager. All in two hours! and I couldn't get a straight answer for two weeks! Tim called me when it left car max and when it came back and tested the stereo for me himself! He completely turned my whole experience back to a positive one again and now I am truly happy he went above and beyond and keep his word! He was very kind and put actions to his words! He is definitely the highlight of my week! now I can drive my new car thanks to TIM Gardner.! Thank you TIM! You don't know how happy we are!
Lori Benton was extremely helpful. I am a 20-something individual and this car was my first car and first brand new car. My family has bought from Armstrong twice in the past and they have always given us excellent deals. This experience was no exception. I was able to get the color of Jetta I wanted without hassle! Not only did Lori an affordable deal, she also rolled out the red carpet for me. My dad and Lori conspired together, without my knowledge, and surprised me with a banner and cake to celebrate! It meant a lot since I had been saving for a while and the little notes on the banner filled me with pride! Pure strangers at the dealership put in effort to make this special! Truly wonderful. Lori took time to show me every detail of the car. Very helpful, since I had no idea how to use the electronic gadgets it came with! Highly recommend this to anyone.
Mr. Feiring made car shopping a very pleasant experience. He was very helpful, informative, and super patient. Everyone at the dealership was patient and gave us all the time we needed without being pressured and we appreciated it so much. Thank you for such a great experience! We love the car!!
I went into look at a Subaru Legacy which I did not care for however I did see one I did like and after the test drive and 2 minutes of negotiation we had a deal and I was out of there 20 minutes later. They were all very friendly and helpful. The process was very easy and no pressure was ever felt.
This is my second new Ford Escape that I have purchased from Courtesy Ford. The employees that we worked with were very friendly and nice. I and my son, had a very pleasant experience and I would recommend this dealership.
This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had! I was able to get into exactly what I wanted. The salesman was very knowledgeable on their inventory and their process. I felt like I knew everything I needed to know walking out. They were open to all my questions and more then willing to work with me! Awesome experience!!

They went above and beyond to accommodate me and get me in and out with a car in a real hurry. Jerome was fantastic as well as the man who helped with the paperwork (Sorry I don't remember their name. They deserve better).
I never review anything but these guys earned a positive review.

I went to purchase a certified pre-owned Nissan Leaf at this dealership and worked with a great salesman named Brandon. After purchasing a 2015 Leaf, I drove it home and the first thing my wife noticed was that there was a very noticeable dent in the rear driver-side door. I was disappointed as I hadn't noticed the dent on the lot (the car hadn't been washed yet and I couldn't see the dent with it dirty.) I decided to take the car back and just see if they'd be willing to fix the dent, but I wasn't expecting the response I got. After telling them about the dent and another issue I was concerned about (it felt a little shaky like it needed an alignment also) they said, "Well, it sounds like you're not happy with your purchase. Would you like to just trade this one in for another car?" I was pleasantly surprised with their care toward my satisfaction as a customer! I was able to pick out a different 2015 model (one that I felt drove better and was cosmetically in better shape) and there was no extra charge. The salespeople I worked with were excellent and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a Nissan!
