Me and my wife have been looking for a used Nissan Leaf for a while, and for two previous times, the car that we were looking at was sold the day that we suppose to pick it up. This time was different, I had schedule a Test Drive for a 2014 Silver Leaf for a Sunday afternoon. Before driving an hour away we had contacted the Internet sales representative and they had advised us that the car was available, however, that was not the case when we got to the dealership. When we walked in, the receptionist gave us the bad news that the car was sold and that just devastated me - after all the third time is the charm right! Unfortunately this was not the case today. So now, this is where our amazing Sales Rep, Stacy Paschal, comes into play. Stacy took us to an office and we explain what happen, and he started to work his "Magic." after a little while he came back and told us that he had great news..."I have found you one that fits your budget....let me go find the keys and I will be back." After a while of waiting I thought for sure there was no car and was ready to leave the dealership...instead, Stacy had found us not one, but two cars and decided to show us the one with almost no miles on it...with this said, I been reading a bunch of reviews from previous buyers and all I have to say to them is "REALLY - don't blame yours sales person for the Service Dept... 2 different departments... REALLY, you went to a dealership with slippers and really thought you were going to test drive...my sales rep did not wasted my time and that is what I was looking for, for that REASON if I could, I would give Stacy more than five stars.
