I recently bought my second vehicle from Eastern Shore Hyundai. I worked with a awesome sales rep Santiago and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. I was able to get the vehicle I needed at a fair price. Carl, the sales manager was also fabulous and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The only negative I can say is I felt very pressured and unnerved by the paperwork / finance gentleman to purchase some add on's I wasn't planning on which made my note go higher than I really wanted. Overall, a great experience and I am very pleased.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Excellent services and outstanding experience! He is the best of the best! He has a car delivery to my house in FL. We are very impressed with the way take care customer. Definitely, we will recommend this dealership to friends and family, especially to salesman like Brandon Dana.
I am in process of purchasing from this dealership. So far the owner has personally assisted me on my two visits. I live in Biloxi, MS so it's an hour and a half drive to the dealership. My salesperson, Josiah, is a great guy who is extremely helpful. My SL500 is having the top fixed, so I will review service at a later date, but I met my friendly service tech who explained how he will perform the repair. They have my check in advance of the actual purchase. This is how much I trust this owner and dealership. Bravo!
I was very pleased with the courtesy and fast service while having my Kona's first oil change done....very comfortable waiting area! I will be back!
