My rating comes from Awesome customer service from the time I pulled in the service area until leaving very helpful and listen to my concerns . Very polite and courteous. It's not just about the salesman without superb customer service in your service department you would not have a repeat buyer .
Everyone goes out and beyond their way to help you. They are so nice and they get the job done. I was expecting to get my truck back 3 days later which was fine with me. They finished it the same day. Van is great and the girl who gets you is so helpful and polite. Since the past few months I have dealt with them I couldnt ask for better customer service. I would not go back to the one I bought truck from. Even tho I didn't buy truck from them they treat me like I had.

i do not like the car buying process, but josh weaver and dennis penn actually made it pleasant. they answered all my questions from beginning to end and even after the sale. no high pressure tactics employed or misleading information given. i simply stated my needs and preferences and they went to work finding a great deal and exceeding my expectations. i was kept informed of what was happening in each step. this is my second car from them and i would buy there again.
The process was so smooth. I worked directly with Perry and Mike and they made sure I was leaving happy and with a car! I was so pleased with the hospitality and the hard work they put into getting me the payment and rate I went there for! Would definitely go back when I need another one.
Bought my son his first car took it home that week first week check engine light came on brought it to the dealership couldn't fix it had to bring to dodge fine went home two weeks later car died called Nissan told them i was told by the manager you get what you paid for so didn't want to help only willing to take care of the diagnosis and nothing more 3 weeks with the car bad customer service don't care about the customer only the money so watch out buying a used car from there they will screw you
Phillip McSwain was my salesman.I called him after hearing commercial on the BOGO plan.He found me a better than ever deal and answered and returned all phone calls immediately. Even though a problem arose,which was of no control of Philip or myself, that could've ruined everything, Philip vowed to me he would get me an even better deal and he delivered 100 percent!!! Not only the best salesman I ever met,but someone I can call a friend!!!!
