Went in looking for a new truck to best for my needs, which ended up being a base model. I experience zero pressure into buying more than I wanted or needed, Nik listened to my needs while prequalifying even after I asked to look at higher level trims. Nik, allowed me to make my decision, was patient answering any questions I had. Once I made my choice, he was over eager to continue the process as fast as possible but still giving additional time to look over the paperwork. The staff from the General Manager to the lot attendants provided a warm welcome with an offer any assistance.
I don't know anything about cars, I bought a new car here in 2015 which they have taken care of ever since with nothing for me to worry about. The car is running great and the maintenance has been easy and low-cost. Very nice not to have to worry about my car.
I started off with an email inquiry, and I was eventually in contact with a salesman. I didn't originally give them my phone number because so many dealers nowadays will take a phone number as an open invitation to give the spam dialers a run for their money in blowing up your phone. Eventually, when I had the time, I was able to setup a test drive. Since this was for a new business that I am starting, I had to talk to my partners and asked for a out the door number. I told them I was leaving on vacation and only wanted an email until I got back. Absolutely no pressure the entire time. When I came back, I gave them an offer that they took without any dickering or back and forth. I was out of there in three hours, from the time I showed up, with the price I wanted, including a 30 minute test drive. They were respectful, courteous and professional. Minimal time was wasted with the typical dealership markup products and services that seem to be what is keeping a lot if dealers afloat. I'm glad I gave Dave Smith a chance and I would seriously consider buying from them again in the future. Overall pleasant experience.
Brought my GMC Sierra in to get A/C fixed and they did a great job! Jordan???s customer service was awesome and he did everything he could to make my visit awesome!! Kim the shuttle driver was awesome too! It???s hard to get people to talk and makes a ride awkward when you don???t know them but she was awesome too!
We just had one of the BEST car buying experiences ever! We bought a 2017 Nissan Rogue from Dale Burghart and we couldn't be happier. Dale was very friendly and knowledgeable. What a breath of fresh air for a car dealership to have a salesman that thinks of the customer and their needs first! We didn't feel pressured at all to buy something that we didn't like or need. Once again, thank you again Dale for such a great buying experience.
The salesmen I had worked very hard to find me a car that would keep my payments as low as possible. I dropped by to look at a VW but they "thought" it had been sold. One of the salesmen drove up in a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. The exterior had not been washed nor the inside of the windshield. I bought the car and after having it washed, I realized there were scratches and dents all over the car. In my opinion, the car was purposely left dirty to camouflage the exterior damage. Scratches too deep to be buffed out. Dents could not be repaired by the dent remover.
My car blew a rod approximately a week ago, so I needed a new car ASAP. I spent 5-6 hours perusing various car lots to no avail. I was exhausted, to say the least. Finally decided to drive to Deep Park because of their tremendous selection of cars. Met Marcus and I could tell right away that he wasn't interested in selling me something that I just "kindof" liked-to make a deal and a quick buck. He was very patient, letting me test drive a couple of cars, even one car numerous times. I decided on a Mazda, purchased it and drove home. When I got home, I quickly realized that I made the wrong decision, and I wanted another car I was looking at on the lot- a Volkswagen Eos. Marcus and his team allowed me to return the Mazda and trade it for the Volkswagen- no problem!!! If you are looking for a dealership that's only goal is to make the customer truly happy, you found it!
I bought my Chevy Cruze here about 4 years ago and loved it! Had amazing service back then and refer everyone and anyone I know to buy their car from Camp Chevrolet! Traded my Chevy Cruze in for Jeep Renegade about two weeks ago and again had AMAZING customer service. They took their time with my family, we???re kind, knew what I wanted and was very reasonable. Any car I???ve looked at from Camp Chevrolet has awesome pricing. You just can???t beat it! They gave me a reasonable price on my trade in as well. Even though I did not buy a Chevy, I am in love with my Jeep and they seemed to know a lot about different makes and models and what my family would be safe in. (They didn???t just try to sell me on a Chevy) The salesmen who helped us was very kind and pulled out every car we wanted to look at and was very patient with us and my crying child. The finance process was fast and easy and he explained every step! Again! I will be purchasing my next vehicle from Camp Chevrolet. One tiny small complaint I have is when I call the phone number from the website it rings a lot and then I???ll get transfered and no one answers? No big deal, but honestly it???s probably because they???re busy because they???re so AWESOME!!! Thanks Camp Chevrolet!
I would recommend Dave Smith Nissan to anyone! Nik Michel is a wonderful salesman, very helpful and very personable, even came in on his day off to help finish up my financing after a holiday! They worked with me on my trade in as well. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
