Probably the best car buying experience ever! Started with CarGuru app searching for vehicles. When I reached out for more information, Matthew responded very quickly. Not only buy email and text but with a personal video message. Alexis was able to show us the vehicle we purchased and continued us through the buying process. On final day, Matthew closed us out. I say all of this because the continuity of service and professionalism never changed. The finance team was even able to beat my banks loan rate! It will be hard to look elsewhere for all future purchases. Thank you Neil Huffman Team and to all the wonderful staff!
We just purchased a 2017 Nissan Pathfinder from Hertz Car Sales in Louisville, KY.
The experience was a very pleasant and friendly one.
Delfin Clark who was our sales person was extremely helpful, informative, and had a super personality.
There price was very competitive and we were amazed at the number of customers that were at this dealership on our 2 trips there, which tells me they must be doing something very right to have this many buyers.
Highly recommend this dealer and Delfin as a salesman!!
After months and months of searching for a newer model car we stumbled upon Hertz and couldn't be happier. We will be looking for a second car within the next year and Hertz will be the only place we look. Our saleswoman Jodie was great!
Sales people are not pushy and will not talk finance until you are ready. One thing I wasn't satisfied was "Hertz Certified" vehicles. They tell you that all of them went through the certification process, however, cars will have break problems, bad work on cars that were hit and chips at various places. One of the cars I test drove had a really amateur work done on its rear bumper. So I wouldn't trust their certification, please take the vehicle to the mechanic and be on the safe side, unlike other no haggle dealership, they are no returns once the car is purchased.
I had to find a car quickly as ours was totaled---I didnt have time to mess around with any guesswork and negotiating....I worked with three different dealerships and this was a great deal, great car, and a great price and I would highly recommend....
These guys are awesome! There is no bull crap with them. They don't talk money until you want to discuss that, they are not pushy! Prices are the best we could find! The people are very friendly and are not out to get as much out of you like most dealers. Very proffessional!
We bought our first brand new car right off the showroom floor from this great dealership. Their kids room made the buying process so much easier with 2 little kiddos! Abu was great to work with and took his time showing us 3 different vehicles and moving each inside so we didn't have to deal with the rain. He was super knowledgeable about each product, all the options, and upgrades. The finance department made purchasing a breeze! Finally we had a dealership wanting to sell us a car rather than making us jump through hoops to get it! I will highly recommend Collins Nissan to any and everyone!!
After shopping slowly, conducting research....I settled on a 2015 Nissan Altima. The team at Collins made the shopping process one of the best I've ever experienced (in any type of retail environment). Taking deliver of the vehicle was very professional, organized, seamless....and fun. They made buying a new car enjoyable / exciting. Basically everything a consumer would want the process to be. Would highly recommend to my friends.

I visited Collins Nissan a bit frustrated as I had just left a bad experience at another dealer earlier in the day. I met Sean at Collins who greated me with much enthusiasm and effort. He proffesionally walked me through the various options and explained the differences. He was extremely informed and helpful towards my new Rogue purchase. The real difference came when Sean allowed me to store the car for 2 months in anticipation of my daughters birthday. He never batted an eye and told me he was customer driven. We signed the papers which was seemless and away I went (without the car). 4 weeks later I called and Sean explained he had just got done running the engine a bit to assure a full charge on the battery. He/Collins did this as a result of proactive customer care! When it was time to pick up the car it was washed and looked great. Sean had offered a big red ribbon and it was already in the back seat. Bottom line this entire experience was flawless even though i through a few cure balls!. I could not be happier with the car- the dealershiop and my salesman. I will go to Collins first now.
We had such a great experience working with these guys! Sean and James were very knowledgeable guys in every aspect. We live in Goshen, Indiana 5 hours away from Louisville visiting our son and daughter inlaw. We decided to go look at vehicles stopped into collins got hooked up with Sean and James loved them, and the murano came home with a new vehicle! That should say it all! Saturday’s are the only time I have to get an oil change and I called places all over near Louisville and no one would take my vehicle. Champion Chevrolet were the only ones that took the time to take my truck in! The customer service was fantastic and the facility was neat clean and not to mention it was fun looking at their large selection of beautiful Silverado’s.
After experiencing more than one headache with other dealerships, we happened upon C&L and cannot be happier with our experience. We have a beautiful new car, and an appreciation for the kind care shown to us by the staff at the Hurstbourne location. Thank you to Justin Pinnick, especially, for a great car buying experience!
While at Collins Nissan for service on my Sentra I was talking with a Salesman named Sean. He showed a genuine interest in finding out if there was anything he could help me with. I had told him that I had been thinking about getting a new Sentra but was concerned the new motor would not have enough power for what I was looking for. Sean explained all the changes Nissan has made with the sentra and asked if I was willing to take one for a drive seeings how I was going to there for a little longer with my car in service. I fell in love with it and there was more power then I thought it would have. Long story short I left in a new car and couldn't be happier with the Sentra and the over all experience I had with Sean and Collins Nissan. I will be recommending him and the Collins Nissan to any one looking for a new car.
