This is my first service experience with Mini of The Woodland for changing the break fluid and routin maintenance. To me, a two-hour wait for a routin maintenance is TOO LONG. Is it a standard practice?
Facility is clean and comfortable, but coffee machine is out of the order & snack bar is missing. I have been to other Mini dealerships, and I believe the one in The Woodland can use some improvement on their hospitality.
I had intended to buy a truck 2 or 3 years old. But James put me in a new truck with more features for very close to the same money. I traded my old car and got good value. I am very pleased with the deal and my new truck.
I wrote an earlier review concerning Robbins Nissan in Humble, TX. I had a problem with the hatch not opening on my 2015 Nissan Murano. The day after I posted my comments, they contacted me. Robbins and I came to an agreement as to how much I was to be charged to have the latch fixed. The Murano was fixed yesterday.
Overall, this was a great experience of purchasing a car. Charles was an excellent salesman, who gave great customer service. I highly recommend going to this dealership and working with Charles when looking for a new car.

Mr. Isaac Aguilar was very courteous also professional. Issac answered every question I had about my purchase .He provided excellent service. He got me in n out ,no waiting around for hours,that was a plus . I been to other places where it feels like you spend the whole day there, not with Issac I'm definitely going back to him for my next purchase.
I recently bought a used car from Superior Subaru and the side mirror was not working right. No one found the problem until after the sale.
So, Edwin agreed to replace the mirror. He is an outstanding manager, cares about his customers, and he is easy to talk to.
And, James did a quick check-in for service and worked with his team to get the repair done.
“Doing the right thing” – that is what they did for me. Edwin (in Sales) and James (in Service) earned my trust.
