I own a late model Toyota Tacoma and was in need of an oil change and some other minor services. An appointment was made at The Toyota dealership for three weeks away. After calling the Performance Dealership in Butler,NJ, an appointment was made and the Toyota appointment was cancelled. The service at Nissan for a non Nissan vehicle was nothing less than professional. Service Manager Tim Kelly and his staff were tremendous, including Ms. Popper.What a relief to know that friendly service is right around the corner. Thank you Tim and staff.

I just wanted to thank and recommend Salesman Paul Barnes who is professional, kind, and worked hard to get me a great deal on my new Kia Sportage. I???ve worked in the business as a Sales Manager and knew I was upside down on my trade. I know how he makes his money and rather him shrug me off for something that appears to be an easier sale, Paul worked hard and stuck with me to get me at a fair price. Had a great experience buying a used car from Steven after my car was totaled. He was very helpful and not pushy at all like some other car salesman I had encountered. He was very transparent and put up with my many questions like a champ!

I went in to the dealer, knowing that I wanted a Rogue which is my fifth Nissan. All I wanted for bells and whistles was satellite radio which I got in the whole entertainment system. I am still learning all it can do. The car is SO comfortable, there is a ton of room in the back, I get fantastic mileage and all I usually do is in-town driving. Only less than perfect aspect is the get-up-and-go. Not too great. I get on the interstate every day and I have to make sure I have a big distance to merge because my car doesn't get up to speed very quickly. Still love it!
Hats off to Bobby McMullen and Vissan Nissan for the great turn around in getting my vehicle. I love it very much. Been doing business with Bobby and Vission Nissan for years. Great customer service. Bobby looked out for the way I travel and its a smooth ride and handles the road very well! You all especially Bobby Mcmullen will always get business. I will refer anyone I know looking for a new /used vehicle to VISSAN NISSAN.

After seeing a 3.5 Liter Altima 2016 leftover on-line, we drove 1 1/2 hours to check out the vehicle since my 2008 had been T-Boned and totaled in an accident. Brian Wahl in sales made buying the car so easy. Since I had my insurance card and registration with me in my purse since the accident, I was able to drive the new Altima home on a dealer plate! Saved me from having to come back and waste 3 hours. Very happy with the experience and with the car!!!

Roomy, smooth ride, the way I like. Great features, like the cup holders, have driven only three days. Loving so far. Music system wonderful. Love the display screen and phone compatibility.

It’s attractive, comfortable, and for the price it has a ton of options. My whole family loves using Apple CarPlay to listen to their Spotify music. I like all the intuitive warning features like the blind spot sensor and the backup camera. The heated steering wheel is awesome, as are the heated seats. Ample room so I don’t feel squished and a nice sized trunk. I’ve also come to really like the keyless ignition. Any time I have a question, my salesperson, Mark Eversgerd, goes above and beyond to get me answers. I would definitely recommend this car.
My experience with the sales person Chris was excellent. The finance people however changed the price I agreed to. I signed a paper on the floor, but when the papers were presented to sign the price was much higher. I noticed it and complained. They said there was a ???mistake??? on the previous quote. Well if there was a mistake they should have been open about it. I think it was a bait and switch The paperwork is confusing and they clearly changed the numbers by $6000 between what they agreed to on the floor and what they presented in the office to sign.

We purchased a car there previously and returned because we were very happy the first time. Very pleasant experience. Salesperson went out of his way (Clayton Elliott) and actually came home with us to pick up one of our trades and so we could bring the new car home and not have to go back. Very professional. Fabio in Finance Dept. is great. Dave Ridgway is excellent at what he does. Very pleasant experience and will return for future purchases. Have recommended several neighbors who love our car. By the way we love our new Rogue. Second one we have owned. Way to go Pearson Nissan.
So this will be my second car from Coulter nissan in surprise that I have bought. Everytime they're so pleasant and relaxed. Jan Lieberman was my sales pro and I will forever go back to him. Straightforward, honest and great communicator. I took a couple days to consider options and had him ride around in several vehicles with me. He treated every car ride like the first and was very patient with me haha this facility and staff are so customer oriented and worked with me to close a fair deal that I was more then happy with. Grateful for Jan, Justin and Leon for all they did and the promises they kept. My family will definitely be returning to them!
