Made a trip from Ohio to purchase a used Murano that was listed in Cars.com. The vehicle had all the bells and whistles we were looking for at a fair price. Unfortunately, the vehicle did not have a panoramic sunroof but Zeigler listed it as including the sunroof. When we arrived and noticed the vehicle did not have a sunroof we decided against the purchase - it was a show-stopper for us. Zeigler quickly owned their mistake, sincerely apologized and made a commitment to lower the price and/or offer any vehicle on their lot at a discounted offer. The incorrect listing was an obvious error but we were very impressed with Zeigler's response to make the customer happy. We ended up not purchasing a vehicle but we were VERY satisfied with this dealership. P.S. - I noticed the listing was corrected the same day.
The Nissan team was outstanding. They answered every question I had. They worked with me though out the whole processes. As a first time new car buyer it was scary but they made you feel comfortable!! David (sales) and the GM and Adam of the finance dept. All did a fantastic job thank you guys so much.
After talking with Tom over the phone giving me a deal on Nissan Pathfinder I made the drive down and I’m so glad I did. When I arrived I met with Tom who than handed me off to his colleague Jonathan. These two are the best gentleman I have ever worked with when buying a car as they made the entire process go so smoothly. All around great experience at Martin Nissan. Came in looking for a Rogue and asked for Dwayne given good reviews I???d seen - he didn???t disappoint. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient as I weighed price and options. I thought what I really wanted was a bit out of reach, but he and Fred in Finance made it happen. Great environment overall, everyone making sure you are taken care of. Would definitely recommend them!
To start with the deal itself offered by Martin Nissan was very good.When I walked in Tom helped me answering all the questions I had with regards to buying the leased vehicle I had. Tom was friendly as well as humorous.Everything was completed in one visit and I walked out with a title of my vehicle and Tom was available and ready for any service needed.Overall very happy with the car buying experience I had with Martin Nissan.
I drove an hour and a half to go to this dealership. I bought a Jeep Compass yesterday and I was completely pleased with my experience and everyone I met there from Mike the internet guy, Joe my salesman and Frank in finance, everyone was awesome.
On one of the worst bad weather days I took my car in for service. I had a oil change, tire rotation and they washed the car. They were very busy and I was in and out within less than an hour an a half.
Sales guy was awesome, very helpful and answered all my questions period disappointed with the finance, I was quoted 6% and then when I sign the contract it was 7.9% which is very dishonest. When I expressed my concern I was told, well you were going to be somewhere around 6% which is not what I was told up front

Daniel Ramirez was very attentive and listened to every concern and any questions I had. I initially wanted a used vehicle but after asking me questions we found my best fit would be a brand new vehicle at an affordable price. Waiting time is a lie. Checked in at 9:00 am was told an hour maybe an hour and 15 min. 2 hours later and nobody has even given an update- nothing.
