Found a used car on Carfax.com at John Roberts Nissan after search for what we wanted, called to verify car was their, and set up a time, Scott Nicolle was our salesman, nice polite and knowledgeable, explained my budget and he made it work, driving a 2015 Nissan Sentra with 24,000 miles.
I have now bought three vehicles from Roberts Nissan. The last two I bought were from Tristen McKelvey. I bought a 2014 Sentra SR and a 2014 Titan Pro-4X. He was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would definitely recommend him to friends and associates.

I had brought my 14 year old Maxima in for what I thought was "minor" service, but discovered that my issues were much more extensive than expected. I had been discussing my options with Ron Golden while I was waiting on the report from the service department. When I got the word, I immediately decided that I was closer to getting a new Nissan than was expected. Ron and I talked over my options and I decided on a Murano. Ron came up with a totally acceptable deal and Michelle Nevels finished up with the paperwork. All in all, it was a very pleasant (although sudden) transaction. Kudos to the entire Newton team!
I received a letter in the mail letting me know I had been pre approved for a vehicle loan and I thought yeah right, my chapter 7 bankruptcy was only a year old. I called and was sent to a Chris Miller. This man was nice, professional and knew his stuff. I explained everything about my credit and he said come on and I'll help you get a vehicle! I said I'm driving 2 hours to visit you, please dont waste my time and he said again come see me! I did and two hours later was leaving in a 2016 frontier, I was pleasantly shocked! My dream truck and not bad payment either! Chris did great! Thanks Chris for not lying to me!! Very grateful!!

Most dealerships just want to work helping "easy sell" customers with excellent credit and cash down payments. Few care about "investing" their time helping customers that have less than excellent credit and little down payment. The Newton staff, Sara, Paul and Joel bent over backwards and went the extra mile to get me in a 2018 Rogue. Thanks to the great people at Newton Nissan. I'll be telling all my friends the good news.
Our search for a new vehicle began in May but, after looking at some vehicles, we decided to wait until we were more financially ready. Our sales guy, Mark, stayed in touch with me, checking to see how we were doing. And he did it without being a pest. So in November when we were ready we went straight back to him. He was very helpful and respectful and also made the experience fun. He made us a good deal and we left that day with a brand new 2019 Rogue.
Very helpful in trying to help with providing options. We had some trouble before but they did everything they can. They try very hard to help the best they can.
