What and absolute pleasure it was to work with Gianni and Kevin. They took the time to know who we are and exactly what we would need for our family. Our new Rouge SV is a treasure!! Such a smooth comfortable drive. Even the inconnvience of having to deal with a disability lift was no issue for them. They went out of their way to make this happen for us. Personal was awesome,Daniel was very informative about what was wrong with my Murano. Will be making another Appt. To take care of my Driving Bekt. I was very Satisfied. Only one small complaint , when I called to ask questions about an Appt. for Saturday the person on the phone stated we DONT take Appt. For Sat. Over all Daniel Apologied for that Info.
Great Service department even though they did not honor my oil change coupon. It was expired, however I bought a new car and had two coupons and do all in town driving so this was only my second oil change.
Service people were very nice. Informed me when my vehicle would be ready. It was earlier than the time provided
