I took my Nissan versa in for service only to find my transmission had gone out. The service department was wonderful and they referred me to Brandon Bryant. Brandon is very knowledgeable, friendly, and seems to get my quirky sense of humor LOL The dealership itself is very clean and inviting and the staff very friendly. I???m the first to admit I know very little about cars and Brandon was more than happy to answer all of my questions and the team worked together to get me the best deal on my new car. I would recommend Lee Nissan to all!
Dereke greeted me before I got out of my car and when I told him I was considering a used Altima, he said he would work hard to earn my business ... which is what he did as a sales professional, with confidence, courtesy and professionalism. Dereke and the Sales Manager found a way to make the numbers work to fit my budget, with no pressure other than a sincere interest to make it happen - for both of us. While I stopped at the dealership to explore costs and options, ended up 1 hour later driving home in my newly purchased used Altima. Dereke was a pleasure to work with and he is a professional I would like to work with again in the future.
Researched JUKE for almost a year. Pulled in to dealership on a whim just to check it out. Spoke with Mr. Rowe who gave me a better price than I was expecting. Left to think about it and called back in an hour. Was extremely busy but wanted to see about trade in value. Very accommodating to my schedule and I returned to find that trade in was exactly what I had calculated. Bought that car on the spot on my terms with no pressure and no sales pitch. Returned next morning for delivery and received outstanding "tutorial" of features along with a test drive to make sure I understood and was comfortable with how the car handled. Less than twenty four hours later after abrupt weather change the tire pressure light came on. Called dealership and was seen in fifteen minutes ...less than ten minutes later everything checked out and I was on my way. Received follow up email to further explain COLD and WARM tire pressure changes. I told Mr. Rowe in the beginning that I was looking for not only a car but a dealership that I could count on. I have found that dealership! I am thrilled with the JUKE...lots of fun to drive, and I have no worries....If I have a question, I will simply call my new friends at Gabe Rowe.
I purchased a 2008 Cherolet Silverado 1500 crew cab from this dealership the buying process was fast and easy and the vehicle could not have been any better. However after only 45 days and with only 30,000 miles the battery went dead and was checked only to find 2 dead cells. I got no help from the dealership and Chevrolet was going to charge me over $150.00 to replace the battery I felt it was unfair that I had to purchase a new battery and recieved no help at all from the dealership.
They are very understanding of your finances and they work with you. They keep you in touch throughout the whole process. I bought a car from them and I love in another state. They took the time to bring it to me in Georgia instead of me having to take time out of my schedule to come get it. I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone.
