When I say we family, I mean we family. I've been going to Lee Nissan for 4 yrs and Mark has been my sales rep from day one. I cannot empathize enough how family oriented he is, and understands your need. He's not your average sales rep that only cares for the sale to get a commission, no he listens and goes above and beyond to help you and let's not forget the 1# quality he's honest, which you dont get in a sales rep really. He also loves kids and can relate to you, Mark is an awesome guy, you tell him what you want and he gives you options. He's not going to force a car on you, no he's going to ask what you want and give you options to look at. He doesn't mind walking the lot with you to ensure he showed you want you need. Make sure to ask for Mark when you go to Lee to do business. Junior Johnson, was my sales rep back in 2012. He sold us our first car, he moved from that dealer to Lee Nissan and we surely follow him. That should say a lot about this man quality, He was the finance and sales manager at Lee Nissan, but now he's just focus on being the sales manager. I advertise dearly that anywhere Junior goes my business goes with him, he was one of the most honest sales rep I've met. So when I heard he got promoted at Lee Nissan, it only made sense why. Junior is a good guy, he's dedicated to customer satisfaction, he keeps it 100 with you and answers all your question and explain everything to a "T". He tries to help and work with you, tell him a number and he gets you close or keep you at that range. But, we have a weakness to Junior we cant tell him no, because we know he got our best interest at heart, he treats us like family. He takes care of us, thus why I call him my brother.
