Liked these guys so much had to travel 1200 miles to trade

1 year Ago my wife and I traveled from Marshalltown, Iowa to Bethlehem, Pa to visit my wife's sister and her side of the family. We drove 1200 miles in a 2011 Chevy Equinox which we purchased new. My wife liked it but I new there was something about it I didn't really care for. Well I found out what that was in short order, the ride. I am 66 yrs. old and when we got to PA. I was sore. My sister-in-law and her husband needed a newer vehicle so our niece recommended Kelly as she is a hair stylist and takes care of Mike Salavati as a client. So we went to speak to Mike, not knowing what to expect, but to my pleasure we were met at the door with a smile from Scott Tophoney and made the request to speak with Mike who came out to greet us. I explained what my sister-in-laws needs were and Mike immediately gave us to Scott who took care of our sister-in-law quite well. My wife and I had no intention of looking or even buying another vehicle, but we did, as my wife always liked the Murano. We test drove a 2013 blue Murano and I immediately could tell the difference in the ride and the way it drove. It was great. Moving on to 1 year later and my wife had mentioned several times that she saw green in the blue which she didn't care for. About 2 months ago I started to notice the clear coat on the front bumper start to peel. I took it to our local Nissan dealer who more or less told us we were on our own, (that's another story) So I called Kelly and asked to speak to someone about this which they gave me to Carl Signore. He looked the vehicle up and said to bring it in and they would fix it. We drove out again not thinking we would trade, but again we did, Ha. The reason we did is not only the good deal but the service and my wife won't say she sees green in the blue any longer. Happy wife happy life. We purchased a 2014 WHITE Pathfinder. While waiting on the paperwork Mike Salavati came out and chatted with us and made us comfortable as well as the General Manager Mike DiSora came over and talked with interest in us and Iowa. This made both my wife and I quite comfortable and appreciated. Thanks to all the Kelly folks for showing your appreciation of our business. I am hoping to receive the same quality of service. I'M just waiting on my own referral since I traveled 1200 miles.
