Unexpected purchase, but fabulous sales staff!

I originally came to the dealership just to look at Sentras, since my daughter was contemplating buying one out of state. I had hoped to just quietly slip in and slip out, but Joe Rossi found me! I was honest in telling him that I was not going to be purchasing a car, but he was extremely helpful anyway and spent at least 45 minutes with me out in the cold on a snowy car lot discussing options. Before I left, he gave me his card with his number to call if I or my daughter had any questions. In a turn of events, two weeks later, I became the person searching for a new Sentra instead of my daughter. I decided to stay with Joe as my salesman. I was extremely impressed with his customer service, even when he wasn't expecting to get a sale from me initially. There was a sale on Sentra SRs and they were moving quickly and I only had about two days to make a decision on options, colors, etc. He listened to what I wanted, and was in constant contact with me by phone or text as to the inventory that was left. He made sure that my first choice was there and waiting for me when I came for my test drive appointment! The rest is history. I drove out that Saturday afternoon in a new car. Both Joe and Rachel from Finance went out of their way and stayed late to make sure that I had an exceptional purchase experience. I can't thank them enough. This is my 6th Nissan, my 3rd Sentra, and my third purchase from Eisenhauer. Thank you to Joe for helping me get the exact car I wanted! I love it!
